ԱԱԾ-ն հայտարարություն է տարածել
SOCIETYՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության Լոռու մարզային վարչության աշխատակիցների կողմից իրականացված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական համալիր միջոցառումների արդյունքում ձեռք են բերվել փաստական տվյալներ այն մասին, որ ՀՀ ՊԵԿ հետաքննության և օպերատիվ-հետախուզության վարչության Լոռու բաժնի պետը, նախնական համաձայնության գալով իր անմիջական ենթակայությամբ գործող օպերլիազորների հետ, միմյանց միջև կատարելով դերաբաշխում և միավորելով իրենց ջանքերը, 2021 թվականի մայիս-հունիս ամիսների ընթացքում իրենց լիազորությունների շրջանակում ակնհայտ ապօրինի անգործության՝ հարկային օրենսդրության ոլորտում թույլ տրված տարատեսակ խախտումները չարձանագրելու և մեղավոր անձանց վարչական պատասխանատվության չենթարկելու, ստուգման ընթացքում ի հայտ եկած խախտումները չարձանագրելու համար, Լոռու մարզում ձեռնարկատիրական գործունեությամբ զբաղվող 4 տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտից պահանջել և ստացել են ընդհանուր առմամբ առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի՝ 1.900.000 ՀՀ դրամ կաշառք, որը բաժանել են միմյանց միջև:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտում հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակներում հիշյալ հարկային ծառայողները, ինչպես նաև նրանց կաշառք տված տնտեսվարողները հանցանք կատարելու մեջ անմիջականորեն ծագած կասկածանքով ձերբակալվել են:
Նախաքննությամբ ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցության պայմաններում պաշտոնատար անձանց մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 311-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով: Նրանց նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել կալանավորումը: Կալանավորվել է նաև պաշտոնատար անձանց 1.000.000 ՀՀ դրամ կաշառք տված ընկերության տնօրենը, իսկ կաշառք տված մյուս անձանց նկատմամբ կիրառվել են անազատության հետ չկապված խափանման միջոցներ:
Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական և այլ դատավարական գործողություններ՝ պաշտոնատար անձանց կողմից կատարված այլ հանցավոր դրսևորումները բացահայտելու, կոռուպցիոն մեխանիզմում ներգրավված անձանց ամբողջական շրջանակը պարզելու և նրանց արարքին համարժեք քրեաիրավական գնահատական տալու ուղղությամբ:
Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը ևս մեկ անգամ հորդորում է տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտներին իրենց գործունեությունը ծավալել բացառապես օրինական դաշտում և զերծ մնալ կոռուպցիոն դրսևորումներից ու զգուշացնում, որ շարունակելու է ձեռնարկել համանման միջոցառումներ՝ հանրային տարբեր բնագավառներում առկա կոռուպցիոն դրսևորումներն իսպառ արմատախիլ անելու ուղղությամբ:
Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով՝ դատարանի՝ օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
