«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

actualnews.org-ը «Ալեքսանդր Սկակով. «Նոր քաղաքական ճգնաժամի սրացումը Հայաստանում անխուսափելի է»» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Հայաստանի վերջին խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում Փաշինյանի հաղթանակը չի օգնի Հայաստանին խուսափել քաղաքական ճգնաժամի սրման նոր փուլից: Այդ կարծիքը հնչեցրել է Ռուսաստանի գիտությունների ակադեմիայի արևելագիտության ինստիտուտի Կենտրոնական Ասիայի և Կովկասի ուսումնասիրության կենտրոնի աշխատակից Ալեքսանդր Սկակովը: Փորձագետը կանխատեսել էր Փաշինյանի հաղթանակը նույնիսկ ընտրություններից առաջ, բայց միաժամանակ հիասթափեցնող կանխատեսումներ արել: Այժմ Սկակովը կարծում է, որ նոր խորհրդարանը կգործի առավելագույնը մեկուկես տարի:

Փաստն այն է, որ այնտեղ մուտք գործած քաղաքական ուժերը կոմպրոմատների մեջ են և ժողովրդական չեն: Հասարակության մեջ պահանջարկ է առաջացել քաղաքականության մեջ նոր քաղաքական ուժի և նոր դեմքերի առաջացման համար: Հենց այդպիսի ուժ հայտնվի, իրավիճակը կսկսի թուլանալ: Փորձագետը նշել է, որ Փաշինյանը, չնայած հաղթանակին, շարունակում է մնալ «կաղ բադ», որը լուրջ ապագա չունի քաղաքականության մեջ: Նա պարտվել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի համար մղված պատերազմում և չի կարողացել կատարել խոստումները: Քաղաքական գործիչը սովորել է լավ խոսել, բայց անգամ չի կարողանում ստեղծել իր սեփական իշխանական թիմը: Փաշինյանը կորցրել է իր հեղինակությունն ուժային կառույցների մեջ, ուստի նա ապագա չունի: Նա պետք է հրաժարական տար Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում առճակատումից հետո, քանի որ մի մարդ, ով այդքան խայտառակ պարտվել է պատերազմում, չի կարող մնալ իշխանության ղեկին: Ալեքսանդր Սկակովի խոսքով, Փաշինյանը ներկայումս ամրապնդել է իր դիրքերը, բայց միայն որոշ ժամանակով:
