Իրականում դեպրեսիան ամենից հաճախ հանդիպում է տաղանդավոր մարդկանց մոտ՝ դերասանների, երաժիշտների, նկարիչների։ Նրանք ամեն ինչում իմաստ են փնտրում։ Ամեն մարդ պետք է նպատակներ ունենա։ Մենք փորձում ենք իմաստավորված քայլեր անել։ Դեպերսիվ մարդիկ ավելի ծայրահեղական են այդ հարցում։ Նրանք ամեն ինչում իմաստ են փնտրում։ Երբեմն նրանք նշաններ են ցույց տալիս։ Նույնիսկ ամենաթաքնված մարդիկ երբեմն թուլանում են եւ ցույց տալիս իրենց ցավը։ Նույնիսկ կատակում դուք կարող եք օգնության ճիչ լսել։ Եթե մարդ հանկարծ բացվում է քեզ մոտ, անպայման օգնիր նրան։
