«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
iarex.ru-ն «Փաշինյանը կրկին դարձավ վարչապետ. ի՞նչ է սպասում Հայաստանին» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ընտրվելը, իսկ ավելի ճիշտ՝ նշանակվելը Հայաստանի վարչապետ, զուտ տեխնիկական բնույթ է ունեցել, քանի որ նրա ղեկավարած «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությունը խորհրդարանում մեծամասնություն ունի՝ 107 պատգամավորից 71 -ը: Այդ մասին ասել է քաղաքագետ Սիմոն Կարախանյանը: Փորձագետի խոսքով, Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինն արդեն հասցրել է քաջառողջություն և բարեկեցություն մաղթել նորանշանակ վարչապետին, և այս իրավիճակում ընդդիմադիր ուժերի բոյկոտն ընդհանրապես ոչինչ չի լուծում: «Ավելի քան երեք տարի է անցել, այսպես կոչված, թավշյա հեղափոխությունից, և շատերը դեռ փորձում են հասկանալ Փաշինյանի ֆենոմենը:
Այս ընթացքում շատ բան է տեղի ունեցել, այդ թվում՝ սարսափելի պատերազմը, որին բոլորովին պատրաստ չէր նախկին լրագրողը: Այդ պատերազմում տեղի ունեցած սարսափելի պարտությանը հաջորդել է Փաշինյանի անսպասելի, կարելի է ասել՝ ֆենոմենալ հաղթանակը արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում: Այսինքն, մինչև Փաշինյանի ֆենոմենը չբացահայտվի, նա կմնա իշխանության ղեկին: Միաժամանակ, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, նա կսկսի խոսել Սահմանադրությունը փոխելու, նախագահական կառավարման ձևին վերադառնալու մասին: Ի դեպ, նա Սահմանադրություն կփոխի միայն այն դեպքում, եթե վստահ լինի, որ նախագահ կդառնա», նկատել է Կարախանյանը:
Ըստ նրա, ընդդիմադիր գործիչների «որսը», որի դեմ ներկայումս ընդդիմության կողմնակիցները պայքարում են շատ անարդյունավետ, միանգամայն բնական դիմակայություն է առաջացած «ամենաթողության իրավիճակի» հետ: ««Թավիշը», որով Փաշինյանը իշխանության է անցել 2018 թվականին, իրեն չի արդարացրել: Ժողովրդավարությունը, որը երկրում աստիճանաբար ներդրվել էր նրա նախորդների կողմից, վերածվել էր ամենաթողության, ինչն էլ իշխանության էր բերել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին: Հետևաբար, այսօր նա արդեն հայտարարում է, որ «թավիշը» փոխում է «պողպատով»: Եվ պետք է խոստովանել, որ նա դա լավ էլ անում է», - ընդգծել է փորձագետը՝ հավելելով, որ, ցավոք, Հայաստանի վարչապետը ձախողել էր արտաքին քաղաքականության քննությունը, և հիմքեր չկան ենթադրելու, որ նա կկարողանա հանձնել այդ քննությունը երկրորդ փորձից:
