Շերտավորվող եղունգներ. ինչպե՞ս պայքարել

Շերտավորվող եղունգները խնդիր են գրեթե բոլոր կանանց ու աղջիկների համար: Դուք վստա՞հ եք, որ փորձել եք ամեն ինչ: Կիտրոնի հյութ, թանկարժեղ լաքեր ու էլ ինչ ասես, սակայն արի ու տես, որ միայն արտաքին հանգամանքներով չէ, որ պայմանավորված է եղունգների շերտավորվածությունը, դրա արդյունքում նաև բարակելն ու կոտրվելը:
Եղունգները սերտ կապված են մեր մարմնի, հետևապես, մեր սննդի հետ և դրանց վնասվելու պատճառը հիմնականում վիտամինների ու միկրոտարրերի բացակայությունն է: Հնարավոր է նաև, որ միատեսակ սնունդ եք ուտում կամ դիետա պահում: Հարկավոր է մեծ ուշադրություն դարձնել սննդակարգին, բացի դրանից, իմանալ, թե որ սնունդն ինչ է պարունակում:
Ըստ մասնագետների, երբ սնունդը չի պարունակում երկաթի, կալցիումի անհրաժեշտ քանակություն, մարդու եղունգներն ու մազերը շերտավորվում են: Իսկ ինչպե՞ս լրացնել դրանց պակասն առանց բժշկական օգնության դիմելու: Դուք կարող եք անել պարզապես ճիշտ սննդակարգի օգնությամբ: Կալցիումի պակասը կարելի է լրացնել` կերակրացանկում ձկնամթերք, ձկան յուղ, լյարդ ավելացնելով: Դրանց մեջ կա նաև շատ ֆոսֆոր, մագնեզիում, D վիտամին, որոնք օգնում են կալցիումին ամբողջովին յուրացվել օրգանիզի կողմից: Սակայն միակ պատճառն այս չէ:
Մենք գիտենք, թե որքան կարևոր է երկաթի անհրաժեշտ քանակությունն օրգանիզմում: Երկաթի պակասի դեպքում նույնպես հնարավոր է եղունգների շերտավորում: Այս դեպքում կարելի է օգտագործել խատուտիկի (одуванчик), կռատուկի (лопух), թրթնջուկի (щавель) թեյեր, ինչպես նաև եփած միս, լյարդ, ձվի դեղնուց, չրեր: Սակայն չմոռանանք նաև արտաքին միջոցների մասին, որոնք երբեմն օգնում են գեղեցիկ տեսք ունենալ, սակայն երբեմն կարող են հակառակ ազդեցությունն ունենալ: Եթե շերտավորվում են եղունգները, անպայման ուշադրություն դարձրեք օգտագործվող կոսմետիկ միջոցներին (ձեռքի օճառ, ձեռքի քսուք, եղունգի լաք): Եղունգները պետք է ժամանակ առ ժամանակ ազատ լինեն լաքից:
