Գորիս-Կապան միջպետական ճանապարհի Շուռնուխ-Կարմրաքար եւ Գորիսից Որոտան տանող ճանապարհահատվածները շարունակում են փակ մնալ։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Սյունիքի մարզի Բարձրավան բնակավայրի վարչական ղեկավար Օնիկ Ավագյանն՝ ընդգծելով, որ այսօր տեղի ունեցած բանակցություններն այս պահի դրությամբ արդյունք չեն տվել։

Ադրբեջանցիների՝ Սյունիք մարզի Կապան-Գորիս միջպետական ճանապարհի Կարմրաքար-Շուռնուխ եւ  Գորիսից Որոտան տանող ճանապարհահատվածները փակելու հետեւանքով շրջափակման մեջ են հայտնվել  Որոտան, Շուռնուխ եւ Բարձրավան գյուղերը։

Բարձրավանի գյուղապետի խոսքով՝ այսօր գյուղ հաց են մատակարարել Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության աշխատողները՝ այլընտրանքային ճանապարհի միջոցով։ ԱԻՆ-ի կողմից հաց է մատակարարվել նաեւ Որոտանի եւ Շուռնուխի բնակիչներին։

«Մտել են գյուղացիների տներ, հարցրել, թե ինչի կարիք ունեն, հավաքագրել են ու հեռացել, հիմա սպասում ենք, որ առաջին անհրաժեշտության պարագաներ, սնունդ գյուղ բերեն»,– ասաց Օնիկ Ավագյանը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ թեեւ գյուղում խուճապ չկա, այնուամենայնիվ, գյուղացիներին մտահոգում է, թե երբ են բացվելու ճանապարհները։ Այլընտրանքային ճանապարհը  վատ վիճակում է, ոչ բոլոր տեսակի մեքենաների համար է այն անցանելի։

Հիշեցնենք՝ օգոստոսի 25-ին, ժամը 23։00-ից ադրբեջանական ԶՈՒ–երը փակել են Գորիս–Կապան ավտոճանապարհի Շուռնուխ–Կարմրաքար հատվածը՝ Շուռնուխ գյուղից մոտ 10 կմ հեռավորության վրա եւ  հրաժարվում են բացել։ Այդ գիշեր տարհանվել են ճանապարհին գտնվող շուրջ 4 տասնյակ ավտոմեքենաները։

Նախօրեին Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի գրասենյակը ահազանգել է, որ ադրբեջանական զինված ծառայողները կեսօրին փակել են նաեւ Գորիսից Որոտան տանող ճանապարհը։ Երեկ տեղի ունեցած եռակողմ բանակցություններն ավարտվել էին երեկոյան, սակայն անարդյունք. Ադրբեջանական կողմը շարունակում է փակ պահել այդ ճանապարհատվածները։
