«Հրապարակ»․ Ովքեր են Գյումրու քաղաքապետի թեկնածուները

«Գյումրիում հոկտեմբերի 17-ին նշանակված քաղաքապետի համամասնական ընտրությունների համար առաջադրումները կսկսվեն սեպտեմբերի 2-ից։ Կուսակցություններն ու դաշինքները ավագանու անդամի թեկնածուների իրենց ցուցակները կարող են ներկայացնել մինչեւ սեպտեմբերի 12-ը։ Հայաստանի՝ մեծությամբ երկրորդ քաղաքի ղեկավարի ընտրությունները, ի զարմանս գյումրեցիների, քչերին են հետաքրքրում։ Մինչ այս պահը որեւէ քաղաքական ուժ, այդ թվում եւ իշխողը, պաշտոնապես չի հայտարարել ընտրություններին մասնակցել-չմասնակցելու մտադրության մասին։
Մամուլի տեղեկություններով, իշխանության թեկնածուն Շիրակի գործող մարզպետ Հովհաննես Հարությունյանն է։ Լուրեր տարածվեցին նաեւ, թե բարտեր է լինելու՝ ներկայիս քաղաքապետ Սամվել Բալասանյանը կնշանակվի մարզպետ, մարզպետը՝ քաղաքապետ։ Սակայն Գյումրիում այլ սցենարի մասին էլ են խոսում․ Բալասանյանի թիմն ընտրություններին կմասնակցի որդու հիմնադրած «Գյումրեցու ոգի» կուսակցութամբ կամ գուցե այլ ուժով։ Նա իր շրջապատում հայտարարել է, որ իրենց նպատակն ավագանիում ծանրակշիռ ներկայություն ապահովելն է եւ քաղաքային խնդիրների լուծումը, այն է՝ գործող քաղաքապետին աջակցելը։ Ի դեպ, ըստ մեր աղբյուրների, քաղաքապետի պաշտոնի համար ջանքեր է գործադրել նաեւ ՔՊ-ական Նազելի Բաղդասարյանը, որը փորձել է եղբորը թեկնածու դարձնել, սակայն չի հաջողվել։
Որոշակիություն կա նաեւ ՀՀԿ-ի թեկնածուի մասով․ ՀՀԿ-ն մասնակցելու է միայնակ, քաղաքապետի նրա թեկնածուն ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավոր Արտյոմ Ղուկասյանն է՝ ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավոր, Գյումրու նախկին քաղաքապետ Վարդան Ղուկասյանի հորեղբոր որդին։ ԲՀԿ-ն դեռ չի կողմնորոշվել, մտածում է ավագանու անդամներից մեկի շուրջ, որը գործարար է։ Իսկ քոչարյանական թեւը դեռ լռում է»,-գրում է թերթը։
