Արման Թաթոյանը Հռոմի Պապին զեկույցներ է ներկայացրել Ադրբեջանում հայ գերիների խոշտանգման մասին

ՄԻՊ Արման Թաթոյանը ֆեյսբուքյան էջում տեղեկացնում է, որ Հռոմի Պապին երեք զեկույց է փոխանցել Ադրբեջանում հայ գերիների խոշտանգման մասին․ «Այս լուսանկարներում Հռոմի Սրբազան Քահանայապետ Ֆրանցիսկոս Պապին ներկայացնում եմ հայկական կողմի գերիների նկատմամբ ադրբեջանական խոշտանգումները:

Հանդիպումից առաջ Սուրբ Աթոռի արձանագրային ծառայությունը տեղեկացրել էր, որ Պապի հետ անհատական ձեքսեղմման ժամանակ երկխոսություն գրեթե չի լինում, հնարավոր է միայն  ողջունել՝ 1-2 րոպե առավելագույնը տևողությամբ:

Երբ Սրբազան Քահանայապետը մոտեցավ ինձ, Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսը ներկայացրեց ինձ և ասաց, որ ես հատուկ խոսք ունեմ ասելու: Այդ պահին, նախ, երախտագիտությունս հայտնեցի Հռոմի Պապին Արցախի դեմ Ադրբեջանի սանձազերծած պատերազմական հարձակումները դադարեցնելու, Ադրբեջանում պահվող հայ գերիներին ազատ արձակելու վերաբերյալ հայտարարությունների համար:

Այնուհետև, նշեցի, որ հայ գերիների մի մասը կյանքի սպառնալիքի առաջ անօրինական պահվում է Ադրբեջանում և խոսեցի ՀՀ սահմանային բնակչությա դեմ ադրբեջանական խախտումների մասին:

Այդ պահին նաև նշեցի, որ ինձ հետ բերել եմ այդ ամենն ապացուցող զեկույցներս ու հանձնեցի Պապին:

Սրբազան Քահանայապետը վերցրեց զեկույցները, բացեց թերթեց և տեսավ նաև դաժանությունների վերաբերյալ նկարները: Շնորհակալություն հայտնեց կարևոր զեկույցների համար ու ասաց, որ Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսի հետ այս հարցը նույնպես քննարկել են:

Հետո օրհնության անհատական ողջույնի ժամանակ նորից հատուկ շնորհակալություն հայտնեց կարևոր աշխատանքի և զեկույցները փոխանցելու համար: Առանձին հանձնարարեց նաև իր օգնականին ուսումնասիրել և իրեն առանձին ներկայացնել դրանք:

Հռոմի Պապին երեք զեկույց եմ փոխանցել. առաջինն այսպես կոչված «ռազմավարի պուրակի» մասին, որը մարդկային տառապանքների թանգարան է բաց երկնքի տակ, որի հիմքում հայատյացությունն է: Զեկույցն ապացուցում է, որ «ռազմավարի պուրակը»  ավելի է խրախուսում ատելությունը:

Երկրորդ զեկույցն Ադրբեջանի պատասխանատվության մասին է հայ գերիներին խոշտանգելու համար՝ հիմնավոր ապացույցներով, իսկ երրորդը՝  գերիների ցուցմունքները քրեական գործի հիմքում դնելու արգելքի վերաբերյալ է:

Զեկույցը հիմնավորում է, որ ադրբեջանական իշխնությունները հայ գերիների նկատմամբ անօրինական քրեական դատավարություններ են հարուցել նրանց այն ցուցմունքների հիման վրա, որոնք ստացել են խոշտանգումներով ու անմարդկային վերաբերմունքով»:
