«Խաղաղությո՞ւն ես ուզում, միշտ պատրաստվի՛ր պատերազմի» հայտնի պատգամն առավել շատ վերաբերում է այն ազգերին ու պետություններին, որոնք շրջապատված են դարավոր թշնամի հարևան ազգերով ու պետություններով, կամ «… ատյացներով»: Բնականաբար, այս հայտնի պատգամն ուղղակիորեն վերաբերում է նաև արարչագործ Հայ ազգին, Հայաստանին ու Արցախին:
Ինչո՞ւ և ինչի՞ համար են պատերազմները. բացառապես հողի՝ սուրբ հողի պահպանության և այդ հողն արարող մարդու անվտանգությունն ապահովելու համար: Արարչի կողմից ստեղծված Հայ ազգը, Հայկ Նահապետից մինչ օրս, բազմահազար հայորդիների արյան գնով, միշտ պաշտպանել և պաշտպանելու է Հայկական բարձրավանդակը բոլոր տեսակի թշնամիների ոտնձգություններից:
Հայաստանի գրեթե բոլոր քաղաքներում և գյուղերում ամփոփված են Արցախի և Հայաստանի պաշտպանության համար մարտիրոսված բազմահազար հայորդիների աճյունները: Եվ, նահատակված քաջորդաց զավակների որբանալը բացառապես մեկ մխիթարություն ունի՝ Հայոց սուրբ հողի պաշտպանությունը, որն առաքելություն է յուրաքանչյուր Հայի համար:
Հայկական բարձրավանդակում և բարձրավանդակից դուրս բնակվող, ողջ Հայ ժողովուրդն, իր իշխանության հետ միասին, իր կեղծ և պայմանական խաղաղության համար չի կարող և իրավունք չունի որոշում կայացնել Հայոց սուրբ հողի լինել-չլինելու, հանձնել-չհանձնելու վերաբերյալ:
Հայ ժողովուրդն ու իր իշխանությունը կարող են որոշումներ կայացնել ցանկացած հարցի, բայց ոչ երբեք Հայոց սուրբ հողի լինել-չլինելու, հանձնել-չհանձնելու վերաբերյալ: Դա նույնն է, որ քննարկես և որոշում կայացնես ծնողներիդ լինելության կամ չլինելության վերաբերյալ:
Հիմա կհարցնեք, թե Ադրբեջանին առանց հողեր զիջելու, ինչպե՞ս ենք լուծելու մեր խաղաղությունը, չէ՞ որ մենք արյուն և զոհեր չենք ուզում, մենք ուզում ենք խաղաղ ապրել։
Միանգամից պատասխանեմ. չի՛ լինելու խաղաղություն, եթե մենք ազգովի, ամեն րոպե, չպատրաստվենք պատերազմի:
Չի՛ լինելու խաղաղություն, եթե մենք ազգովի յուրաքանչյուր ակնթարթ պատրաստ չլինենք մեռնելու հանուն Հայաստանի, Արցախի և ողջ հայության անվտանգության պահպանության:
Չի՛ լինելու խաղաղություն, եթե մենք ազգովի, ամեն րոպե ներդրում չունենանք Հայոց Ազգային Բանակի անընդհատ հզորացման գործում:
Երբեք մի՛ վախեցեք արյունից և զոհերից, եթե այդ արյունն ու զոհերը հանուն Հայ ազգի և Հայոց տան պաշտպանության են։
Հա՛յ ժողովուրդ, Հայաստանի իշխանությո՛ւն, ո՛չ մեկդ, երբե՛ք իրավունք չունեք անգամ քննարկելու Հայոց սուրբ հողի ճակատագիրը, քանզի գոյություն ունի մեկ ճշմարիտ ուղի և առաքելություն. միշտ պատրաստ լինել մեռնելու հանուն հայոց սուրբ հողի և Հայ ազգի պաշտպանության:
