Վերջին օրերին դեպի Ադրբեջանի տարբեր երկրներից իրականացվող ռազմական մատակարարումներն ինտենսիվ բնույթ են կրում, ինչը պայմանավորված է 2020 թվականի հետպատերազմական իրավիճակով։
 
Հարցն այն է, որ անկախ պատերազմի արդյունքներից, Ադրբեջանը մեծաքանակ զինամթերք է ծախսել, մեծ թվով տեխնիկա, տեխնիկական միջոցներ ոչնչացվել են, իսկ վերականգնման գործընթացն այսքան արագ չէր կարող ավարտվել։
 
Ադրբեջանը դեռ նախորդ դեկտեմբեր ամսից ռազմա-տեխնիկական համագործակցության նոր պայմանավորվածություններ էր ձեռք բերում մի շարք երկրների հետ՝ իր զինանոցը համալրելու/լրացնելու համար։
 
Այս փուլում այս շտապողականությունը կապված է Իրանի հետ հարաբերությունների կտրուկ սրման հետ, սակայն Ադրբեջանի, այսպես կոչված, վերառազմականացումն ուղիղ սպառնալիք է նաև Հայաստանի համար։
 
Մինչ Ադրբեջանն ինտենսիվ զինվում է, Հայաստանի իշխանությունները Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի հետ երկխոսություն կառուցելու կեղծ գաղափարներով են տարված։
 
Սրանց թվում է, թե պատերազմն ավարտվել է, իսկ Ադրբեջանի ու Թուրքիայի պահանջներն էլ ամբողջությամբ բավարարվել։ Իսկ իրականում Հայաստանի նկատմամբ ճնշումներն ու ազդեցության լծակներն ընդլայնվում են, ինչն էլ մեզ համար խնդիրների հերթական խմբաքանակն է բերելու։
