Երբ Թուրքիայի իշխանությունը գրեթե ամեն օր խոսում է թուրքական աշխարհ կառուցելու, իսկ Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունը հայտարարում է Զանգեզուրի, Սևանի և Երևանի՝ ադրբեջանական տարածք լինելու և այդ տարածքների նկատմամբ հավակնություններ ունենալու մասին, Հայաստանի և Հայ ազգի անվտանգության ապահովումը դառնում է օրախնդիր-պահանջ:
 
Շրջապատված լինելով թշնամի պետություններով, զրկված լինելով զարգացման համար անհրաժեշտ բավարար նյութատեխնիկական և մարդկային ռեսուրսներից՝ Հայաստանը և Հայ ազգն անվտանգության ապահովման հարցում մշտապես ապավինել են և պետք է ապավինեն մեր բազմադարյա բարեկամ Ռուսաստանի աջակցությանը:
 
Ցավոք, վերջին երեքուկես տարիներին Հայաստանի իշխանությունը բռնազավթած թուրքապաշտ ուժերն անընդհատ փորձում են Հայաստանը կտրել իր ռազմավարական միակ դաշնակից Ռուսաստանից՝ արևմուտքի այլասերված ուժերի կողմից առաջադրանք ունենալով Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը վերածել մարդակործան ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ Թուրքիայի վիլայեթի՝ զրկելով մեզ մեր պետականությունից ու ինքնիշխանությունից: Նման քաղաքականության առավել ցայտուն դրսևորումը 2020 թվականի սեպտեմբեր-հոկտեմբեր-նոյեմբերյան արցախյան պատերազմն էր, երբ հայաստանակործան ճանապարհը բռնած Հայաստանի իշխանությունն Ադրբեջանին ու Թուրքիային հանձնեց հազարավոր կյանքերի գնով ազատագրված Արցախ-Հայրենիքի մի զգալի մասը:
Չնայած ռազմական գործողությունները դադարեցվել են, սակայն, պատերազմի վերսկսման վտանգը ոչ միայն չի վերացել, այլ ավելի իրական է դարձել: Թուրքիան, տարբեր հիմնավորումներով, Ադրբեջանի տարածքում մեծացնում է իր ռազմական ներկայությունը, որի իրական նպատակը Հայաստանի ու Արցախի դեմ ռազմական նոր ագրեսիա սանձազերծելն է՝ Արցախը, Սյունիքը և գուցե ամբողջ Հայաստանը հայաթափելու և իր ցեղասպան քաղաքականությունը ավարտին հասցնելու համար:
 
«Հայոց Արծիվներ. Միասնական Հայաստան» կուսակցությունը հայտարարում է, որ, Հայաստանի ու Հայ ազգի անվտանգությունն անսասան պաշտպանելու համար, Արցախում և Սյունիքում օր առաջ պետք է տեղակայվեն Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության ամենաուժեղ ռազմաբազաները, որոնք միակ հուսալի պաշտպանությունը կլինեն թուրքական աճող հավակնությունների դեմ՝ ապահովելով Հայաստանի ինքնիշխանությունն ու Հայ ազգի անվտանգությունը:
