«Պատիվ  ունեմ»  դաշինքի  պատգամավոր    Տիգրան  Աբրահամյանը   ֆեյսբուքյան  իր էջում գրում է.

«Ինձ դիմած մի քանի գործատուների հետ քննարկումից հետո, նրանց առաջարկությամբ, գրություն էի ուղարկել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին՝ հասկանալու, թե երկրում ստեղծված կորոնավիրուսային իրավիճակով պայմանավորված նոր սահմանափակումների պայմաններում մի շարք հարցեր ինչպիսի կարգավորումներ են ունենալու։
Նկատի ունենալով այն հանգամանքը, որ հոկտեմբերի 1-ից ուժի մեջ է մտնում որոշում, որի համաձայն՝ գործատուներն աշխատակիցներից պետք է պահանջեն կորոնավիրուսի դեմ պատվաստման մասին վկայող փաստաթուղթ կամ ամսական 2 ՊՇՌ թեստի արդյունք, գործատուների մոտ մեծ թվով խնդրահարույց հարցեր են կուտակվել:
Մասնավորապես, նրանց հետաքրքրող հարցերից է, թե ինչպես են կազմակերպելու իրենց աշխատանքները, ըստ այդմ՝ բյուջեն ապահովելու համապատասխան մուտքերով, եթե, պայմանական, սահմանափակումների պատճառով կորցնեն իրենց առանցքային մասնագետներին:
 
Խնդիրն առավել առարկայական է դառնում, երբ բացի որակյալ մասնագետների կամ տարբեր նեղ մասնագիտական կադրային խնդիրներից ավելանում է աշխատանքային շուկայում ընտրություն անելու հարցը, որովհետև պատվաստումների ցուցանիշներով Հայաստանը բավականին վատ դիրքերում է և այդ պայմաններում պատվաստված աշխատակիցներ գտնելն առավել խնդրահարույց է դառնալու:
Արդյոք որոշում կայացնելուց առաջ իրականացվել է այս խնդրով ուսումնասիրություն, հաշվարկ կա, թե ինչ ազդեցություն է ունենալու այս որոշումը ոչ թե առողջապահական, այլ տնտեսական բաղադրիչի առումով և արդյոք կառավարությունն այս հարցում լուծումներ ունի:
Քանի որ պետական կառավարման համակարգը «գերճկուն և արդյունավետ է» գործում, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի աշխատակազմը խախտել է օրենքը և սահմանված ժամկետում գրությանս չի արձագանքել։
Այն Փաշինյանի աշխատակազմին ուղղել էի սեպտեմբերի 22-ին, սակայն Փաշինյանը երևի զբաղված է ՏԻՄ «բազառներով», չի հասցնում իրեն ուղղվող պաշտոնական գրություններին արձագանքել։
Չնայած օրենքն ինչ է, որ չխախտեն, ի վերջո, ոչ առաջին անգամ է, ոչ վերջին»,-գրել է  Աբրահամյանը:
