Սոցիալական հարցերի ընդհանուր ցանկում կառավարությունն առաջնահերթություն է տալիս զինվորականների կարիքների բավարարմանը: Գործադրի ս.թ. հունիսի 10- ի որոշմամբ հուլիսի 1- ից սահմանվեցին`

-զինվորական կենսաթոշակի չափը հաշվարկելու հիմնական կենսաթոշակի չափը` 16 հազ. դրամ (14 հազ. դր. փոխարեն), զինծառայության 1 տարվա արժեքը` 1500 դր.(1300 դր. փոխարեն),
-պարտադիր ժամկետային զինծառայության շարքային կազմի զինծառայողի հաշմանդամության զինվորական կենսաթոշակի չափերը. առաջին խմբի հաշմանդամի համար` 36 հազ. դր. (31 հազ. 500 դր. փոխարեն), երկրորդ խմբի հաշմանդամի համար` 26 հազ. դր. (23 հազ 100 դր. փոխարեն), երրորդ խմբի հաշմանդամի համար` 18 հազ. դր. (15 հազ. 750 դր. փոխարեն),
-պարտադիր ժամկետային զինծառայության շարքային կազմի մահացած (զոհված) զինծառայողի շարքային անդամի կերակրողին կորցնելու դեպքում զինվորական կենսաթոշակի չափը` 24 հազ. դր., իսկ երկու ծնողին կորցրած` 18 տարին չլրացած երեխայի դեպքում` 80 հազ. դր. (21 հազ. և 70 հազ. դր. փոխարեն):

2015թ. հուլիսի 1- ից երկարամյա ծառայության զինվորական կենսաթոշակի միջին չափն ավելացավ 14 տոկոսով, սպայական անձնակազմի կերակրողին կորցնելու դեպքում զինվորական կենսաթոշակի միջին չափը` 14,4 տոկոսով և այլն:

Նախորդ` հունիսի 4- ի նիստում կառավարությունն առաջարկել էր նոր արտոնություններ սահմանել առաջին գծի զինծառայողների համար` հավանություն տալով «Պետական կենսաթոշակների մասին» օրենքի լրացումների նախագծին: Առաջարկվել էր և հետագայում Ազգային ժողովը հաստատեց մի դրույթ, որով առաջնագծում մարտական հերթապահություն կատարող զինծառայողների կենսաթոշակը ձևակերպելիս այդ ժամանակը կհաշվարկվի կրկնակի չափով:

Փոփոխությունը հասցեական է, ուղղված է զինծառայողների կոնկրետ խմբի և կխթանի մարտական հերթապահություն իրականացնող զորամասերը սպայական, ենթասպայական և պայմանագրային շարքային կազմի զինծառայողներով համալրելու գործընթացի արդյունավետությանը: Վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը շեշտել է, որ մշտապես հերթապահություն իրականացնող զինծառայողների խնդիրները կառավարության ուշադրության կենտրոնում են, և ընդունված որոշումը դրա ապացույցն է:

Կառավարության նիստերում զինծառայողների սոցիալական հարցերի քննարկման և լուծման օրինակ է նաև ս.թ. օգոստոսի 13- ի նիստի որոշումներից մեկը: Դրա ընդունմամբ ապահովվեց զինծառայողների, նրանց հավասարեցված անձանց և նրանց ընտանիքի անդամների, ինչպես նաև սրտի անհետաձգելի վիրահատության ծրագրի շահառուների համար պետության կողմից երաշխավորված անվճար բժշկական օգնության և սպասարկման գործընթացի մինչև 2015թ. տարեվերջ լիարժեք կազմակերպումը և ֆինանսավորումը: Կառավարության ղեկավարի դիտարկմամբ, փաստորեն կրկնապատկվել է ֆինանսական այդ հատկացումը` ավելի վաղ տրամադրված 500 մլն դրամին գումարելով ևս նույնքան դրամ:
