Ադրբեջանական անցակետը չի գտնվում ՀՀ-ում․ Ն․ Փաշինյան
POLITICSԵրեկ Ադրբեջանից ոչ պաշտոնական ծանուցում է ստացվել, որ նոյեմբերի լույս տասնմեկի կեսգիշերից նրանք պատրաստվում են մաքսային-անձնագրային հսկողություն իրականացնել նաև ՀՀ քաղաքացիների և բեռների նկատմամբ։ Այս մասին այսօր կառավարության հերթական նիստին հայտարարեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ հիշեցնելով, որ oգոստոսից Ադրբեջանը իր տարածքով անցնող Իրանի բեռնատարների նկատմամբ մաքսային վարչարարություն էր իրականացնում։
«Ծանուցումը ստանալուց հետո մենք որոշում ենք կայացրել այդ հատվածով ուղղորդվել դեպի Կապան Աղվանի, Տաթև, Հալիձոր, Շինուհայր M2 ավտոճանապարհով և այդտեղով իրականացնել երթևեկությունը»,–ասաց նա։
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նշեց, որ այդ ավտոճանապարհը՝ Տաթև–Աղվանի հատվածը, որը մի քանի տասնյակ տարի անանցանելի է եղել, ասֆալտապատվել և շահագործման է հանձնվել նախորդ շաբաթ, և ինքը նախորդ շաբաթ դրանով գնացել է և վերադարձել է և ասաց, որ ստացել են որակյալ ճանապարհ։
Փաշինյանն ասաց, որ Ադրբեջանի երեկվա որոշումից հետո իրանական բեռնատարների համար իրադրությունը չի փոխվում, և նրանք կարող են երթևեկել նաև Տաթև–Աղվանի ճանապարհով։ Նա շեշտեց, որ ճանապարհը դրանից չի երկարում, ընդհակառակը, որակը հաշվի առնելով, նույնիսկ կրճատվում է ճանապարհը։ Նա հայտնեց, որ այլընտրանքային ճանապարհների շինարարության ծավալուն աշխատանքներ են իրականացվում և Երթևեկության տրամաբանության փոփոխության արդյունքում ոչ մի գյուղ չի կտրվում։
«Շահարկումներից խուսափելու համար պետք է հիշեցնեմ, որ ադրբեջանական անցակետը չի գտնվում ՀՀ տարածքում, խոսքը Էյվազլիի հատվածի մասին է, հիմա կարող է այլ հարց ծագել, որ հնարավոր չէր բանակցել, որ այդ ճանապարհին ՀՀ քաղաքացիների և բեռների նկատմամբ որևէ սահմանային հսկողություն չիրականացվեր․ հնարավոր էր, բայց դրա գինը լինելու էր միջանցքային տրամաբանությունը, ինչը անընդունելի էր մեզ համար»,–ասաց նա և նշեց, որ դա երբևէ չեն քննարկելու։
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նշեց, որ Հայաստանը շարունակում է հավատարիմ մնալ հայտարարությունների դրույթներին։ Նա նշեց, որ Գորիս–Կապան ավտոճանապարհին ՀՀ–ն նույնպես ըստ անհրաժեշտության անցման տեղերում կտեղադրի մաքսային-անձնագրային հսկողության կետեր։
«Այս ընթացքում, ուզում եմ ընդգծել, այս չափազանց կարևոր ժամանակահատվածում մեզ անհրաժեշտ է սառնասրտություն, ամուր նյարդեր։ Հայաստանի շուրջ նոր միջավայր է ձևավորվում, և մենք պետք է ամեն ինչ անենք, որ այդ միջավայրը լինի հնարավորինս համապատասխան մեր երկարաժամկետ ռազմավարական շահերին, և մենք գնում ենք այդ ճանապարհով»,–հավելեց նա։
