Մարզումներ, ճիշտ սննդակարգ եւ, ինչպես ասում են, առողջ մարմնում առողջ հոգի։ Հայ հայտնիներից ոմանք եւս հետեւում են այս կարգախոսին եւ այցելում մարզասրահներ։

Գեղեցկուհի Մայա Պողոսյանն ունի սլացիկ կազմվածք, սակայն դա դեռ չի նշանակում, որ պետք է մոռանալ առողջ ապրելակերպի մասին։ Նա պարբերաբար այցելում է բացառապես կանանց համար նախատեված մարզասրահ։
Երգչուհի Լուսինան խոստովանում է, որ առանց սպորտ չի կարող ապրել։Նա նշում է, որ եթե անգամ մի օր մարզասրահ չի այցելում, ապա իր համար դժվար օր է լինում։
«Արդեն մի քանի տարի է` լուրջ սպորտով եմ զբաղվում: Նստակյաց չեմ, պասիվ կյանքի սիրահար չեմ, աշխուժությունն է իմը, ակտիվ վիճակը: Մարզվելն ինձ համար պարտադիր դարձավ, երբ սկսեցի արտասահմանում ապրել»,- ասում է երգչուհին։
Երգչուհի Եվա Ռիվասը, ով որոշել է կտրուկ ազատվել ավելորդ քաշից, եւս հաճախ է մարզասրահ այցելում։
Դերասանուհի Մերի Մակարյանը պարբերաբար այցելում է մարզասրահ, թե ոչ, չենք կարող ասել։ Նա վերջերս լուսանկար էր տեղադրել «Դոմինո» սիթքոմի տաղավար-մարզասրահում` նշելով, որ մասնակցում է սիթքոմի նկարահանումներին։
Երգիչ Արամեն եւս զբաղվում է սպորտով։
Դերասանուհի Ալինա Մարտիրոսյանն այս տարվանից է որոշել զբաղվել սպորտով։
«Ֆիտնեսը լավ հակադեպրեսանտ է, հանգստացնում է նյարդային համակարգը, այդ պատճառով արդեն ինտենսիվ պարապում եմ»,- ասում է դերասանուհին։
Երգչուհի Հռիփսիմե Հակոբյանը կազմվածքի թերությունները շտկելու համար եւս մարզասրահ է այցելում։
Անահիտ Սիմոնյանը եւս պարբերաբար այցելում է միայն կանանց համար նախատեսված մարզասրահ։
