Ինչպիսի խմիչք էլ խմեք, պետք է իմանալ չափը:
Շատերը տոներից առաջ ջանք են գործադրում ավելորդ քաշից ազատվելու համար, որպեսզի տոնական երեկոյին գեղեցիկ տեսք ունենան: Նոր տարվա սեղանին կա շատ համեղ և միաժամանակ բարձր կալորեականությամբ սնունդ: Միևնույնն է, եթե դուք որոշեք հրաժարվել սնունդից և օգտագործեք միայն թեթև սնունդ և ալկոհոլ, ապա այս դեպքում ևս գիրանալուց խուսափելը դժվար կլինի, քանի որ ալկոհոլը նույպես բարձր կալորեականություն ունի:
Ամենից վնասականրն են համարվում ալկոհոլային կոկտեյլները, հատկապես, եթե պարունակում են գազավորված ըմպելիք, քաղցր լիկյորները: Նույնիսկ եթե կոկտեյլը պատրաստված է «լայթ» գազավորված ըմպելիքից, այն դիետիկ չի կարելի անվանել:
Վնասակարության աստիճանով հաջորդում են քաղցր գինին և քաղցր կամ կիսաքաղցր շամպայնը: Եվ իհարկե վնասակար է նաև գարեջուրը, որը մեծ քանակությամբ խմորիչ է պարունակում:
Երեկույթի համար ամենից լավ տարբերակը կլինի չոր գինին կամ մաքուր առանց խառնուրդների ալկոհոլը (օղի, վիսկի, կոնյակ), բայց այս խմիչքները նույնպես պետք է օգտագործել չափի մեջ:
