2022-ի հունվարի 1-ից կենսաթոշակների ու նպաստների չափը կավելանա
SOCIETY2022 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից կենսաթոշակների ու նպաստների չափը կավելանա: Որոշումն ընդունվեց կառավարության նիստին։
Այսպիսով՝ նվազագույն կենսաթոշակի չափը` 28600 դրամ (26500 դրամի փոխարեն), իսկ պարտադիր ժամկետային զինվորական ծառայության շարքային կազմի զինծառայողի հաշմանդամության զինվորական կենսաթոշակի չափերը`
ա․առաջին խմբի հաշմանդամի համար՝ 43000 դրամ (40000 դրամի փոխարեն)
բ․ երկրորդ խմբի հաշմանդամի համար՝ 33000 դրամ (30000 դրամի փոխարեն)
գ․ երրորդ խմբի հաշմանդամի համար՝ 30000 դրամ (27000 դրամի փոխարեն)
Պարտադիր ժամկետային զինվորական ծառայության շարքային կազմի մահացած (զոհված) զինծառայողի ընտանիքի անդամի կերակրողին կորցնելու դեպքում զինվորական կենսաթոշակի չափը կլինի 30000 դրամ (27000 դրամի փոխարեն)։
Կբարձրացվեն նաև ծերության, հաշմանդամության և կերակրողին կորցնելու դեպքում նպաստների չափերը` դրանք սահմանելով 28600 դրամ (26500 դրամի փոխարեն), իսկ հաշմանդամ երեխա ճանաչված անձի համար՝ 37000 դրամ (26500 դրամի փոխարեն)։
Նախագիծը ներկայացրեց աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարար Նարեկ Մկրտչյանը։
Նախագծի վերաբերյալ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ասաց. «Իհարկե, մենք երջանիկ չենք այն չափերից, որոնցով բարձրքացնում ենք նվազագույն թոշակը, բայց երբ եղած բազայի վրա ենք նայում, տոկոսային բավականին շոշափելի աճ է։ Ուզում եմ բոլորս արձքանագրենք, որ թոշակները մեր ծախսային ամենամեծ հոդվածներից մեկն է և դրանց բարձրացրումը շարունակական մեր պարտավորությունն է, և դա առավել արդյոնավետ դարձնելու միջոցը տեսնում ենք առավել արդյունավետ և զարգացած ու զարգացող տնտեսության մեջ»,-ասաց նա։
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ասաց, որ թեև կենսաթոշակների նվազագույն չափը «ոչ դարակազմիկ» չափով են մեծացնում, բայց գիտության ոլորտում այս տարվանից «դարակազմիկ» չափերով աշխատավարձեր և ֆինանսավորում են ավելացնում։ Նա նշեց, որ հույսն ունեն՝ գիտության, կրթության, տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտում արած ներդրումները շղթայաբար բերելու են բարձր էֆեկտի:
Նարեկ Մկրտչյանը հայտնեց նաև, որ չզեկուցվող հարցերի շրջանակում մինչև 2 տարեկան երեխաների նպաստի չափը ևս բարձրացվում է 2100 դրամով՝ սահմանելով 28600 դրամ, իսկ գյուղական բնակավայրերում ապրող ծնողի դեպքում մինչև երկու տարեկան երեխայի նպաստը սահմանվում է 57200 դրամ։
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կարևորեց կրթության հասանելիության հարցը, քանի որ գյուղական վայրերում այդ խնդիրը կա։ «Մյուս կողմից մենք ունենք 500 մանկապարտեզ և 300 դպրոց կառուցելու ծրագիրը, որպեսզի երեխաները պատշաճ կրթություն ստանան։ Մենք համարում ենք քաղաքական պարտավորությունը, առաքելությունը, որ այս փոթորկված օվկիանոսում մեր սիրելի հայրենիքը, այլաբանորեն ասած՝ նավը հասցնենք խաղաղ նավահանգստի»,- հավելեց նա։
