ՌԴ-ն հաստատեց․ «ադրբեջանցիները» վերադառնում են
SOCIETYԼragir.am-ը գրում է. «Ձեր հարցի պատասխանը տրված է երեք երկրների ղեկավարների՝ 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարության մեջ։ Մասնավորապես, 7-րդ կետ՝ ուղիղ մեջբերում է՝ «Ներքին տեղահանվածներն ու փախստականները վերադառնում են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի տարածք և հարակից տարածքներ՝ ՄԱԿ-ի փախստականների հարցերով գերագույն հանձնակատարի հսկողության և կառավարման ներքո։ Սրան ավելացնելու ոչինչ չկա»,- ասել է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան։
Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը դեկտեմբերի 24-ին տված հարցազրույցում, փաստորեն, ազդարարեց իր հռչակած «խաղաղության դարաշրջանի» շրջանակներում «ադրբեջանական համայնքի» «վերադարձը» Արցախ։ Հաստատվեց, որ «խաղաղության դարաշրջանը» նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարության և Բաքվի ու Մոսկվայի պայմանների կատարումն է։ Արցախի հանձնումից հետո Փաշինյանը անցել է «փախստականների վերադարձի» իրականացմանը։ Ընդ որում, Փաշինյանը ոչ մի խոսք չի ասել 1988-94 թվականներին այսպես կոչված Ադրբեջանում իրենց տները լքած կես միլիոն հայերի մասին… Նա նաև չի խոսել Հադրութից, Շուշիից և Արցախի այլ օկուպացված քաղաքներից տեղահանվածների վերադարձի մասին։
Ադրբեջանահայերի ասամբլեայի նախագահ Գրիգորի Այվազյանը կարծում է, որ ադրբեջանցիների մասին հոգ տանելուց առաջ անհրաժեշտ է արծարծել այն հարցը, որ բնիկ հայ բնակչությունն ապրել է Ադրբեջանի ներկայիս տարածքում եւ ցեղասպանության հեռեւանքով դուրս է մղվել այդ տարածքներից: «Դրա մասին մենք պետք է խոսենք, թե ավելի քան կես միլիոն հայության հետ ի՞նչ է եղել Ադրբեջանում։ Մենք պետք է խոսենք այն մասին, թե ինչ է եղել նրանց ունեցվածքի հետ, որը տարբեր հաշվարկներով՝ հասնում է մինչև 100 մլրդ դոլարի։ Ի՞նչ է եղել հայերի պատմամշակութային ժառանգության հետ, մեր հայկական գերեզմանների հետ», – ասում է Այվազյանը։
Արցախում կտրուկ են արձագանքել Փաշինյանի հայտարարություններին, սակայն այդպես էլ չեն վիճարկել Զախարովայի նշած եռակողմ հայտարարության 7-րդ կետը։ Հայաստանի խորհրդարանի «ընդդիմությունը» հայտարարեց, որ «Հայաստանը ձեռքերը լվացել է» Արցախի հարցում, և դրանով էլ բավարարվեց։ Իսկ Բաքվում սկսեցին խոսել այն մասին, որ շուտով կսկսի աշխատել ՄԱԿ-ի փախստականների հարցերով գերագույն հանձնակատարի գրասենյակը։
