Ի՞նչ պետք է լինի 2016-ի ամանորյա սեղանին

2016-ը Հրե Կապիկի տարի է, եւ չնայած այն իրավունքների մեջ է մտնում փետրվարի 8-ին, սակայն իր կանոններն է թելադրում հենց տարվա սկզբից։ Ուստի, հարկավոր է նախօրոք պատրաստվել 2016-ին, չէ՞ որ տարվա գլխավոր խորհրդանիշը պետք է գոհ լինի պատրաստությունից, որպեսզի առատություն եւ պտղաբերություն բերի գալիք տարում։ Իսկ ինչ պետք է լինի ամանորյա սեղանին։

Քանի որ Կապիկը բնական, թեթեւ սնունդ է նախընտրում, 2016-ի ամանորյա սեղանին չպետք է լինեն յուղալի, ապխտած, կիսաֆաբրիկատ ուտեստներ. չէ որ Կապիկը ակտիվ եւ աշխույժ կենդանի է, եւ այս տեսակ սնունդը հնարավորություն չի տա լիաթոք ուրախանալ եւ վայելել տարին։ 2016-ին դրանց փոխարինելու պետք է գան դյուրամարս ճաշատեսակները (հավի միս, ձկնամթերք) թարմ բանջարեղենով աղցաններ եւ մրգով աղանդեր։ Ի դեպ, քանի որ 2016-ը Հրե Կապիկի տարի է, խորհուրդ է տրվում ուտեստները պատրաստել կրակի վրա։

Կարեւոր է հիշել, որ այս տարի ուտեստները նույնպես պետք է զարդարել։ Նախընտրելի է զարդարել կանաչիով (հատկապես՝ սամիթ, մաղադանոս, ռեհան)։ Սա դուր կգա Հրե Կապիկին, եւ այն ձեզ հարստություն կբերի։ 

Իսկ ի՞նչ է սիրում Կապիկը ամենից շատ։ Ճիշտ է, բանան։ Ամանորյա սեղանին անպայման պետք է առատ միրգ լինի՝  հատկապես բանան, նարինջ։ Քանի որ Կապիկը հայտնի քաղցրակեր է, ուրեմն չպետք է մոռանալ նաեւ թխվածքաբլիթների եւ տորթերի մասին։ Իհարկե, կապիկը ընտանի կենդանի չէ, սակայն նախընտրում է առողջ սնունդ, հետեւաբար խորհուրդ է տրվում չծուլանալ եւ ինքնուրույն պատրաստել աղանդերը։

Սեղանին անպայման պետք է լինի պանիր. ցանկալի է պանրի տեսականի։ Որքան շատ պանիր լինի ամանորյա ձեր սեղանին, այնքան ավելի մեծ հաջողություններ են ձեզ սպասվում 2016-ին։ Մի մոռացեք նաեւ ընկույզի մասին. չէ որ այն կյանքի եւ պտղաբերության խորհրդանիշն է։
