Պատրաստման եղանակը (1 ժամ)
1. Մանրածովախեցգետինը եփել մի փոքր աղի ջրի մեջ, մաքրել վականակներից և մի կողմ դնել: Վահանակները դնել ոչ մեծ տարրայի մեջ, ավելացնել ձիփապտղի ձեթ և հինգ րոպե տապակել մանր կտրատված սոխի, գազարի և նեխուրի հետ: Ավելացնել սպիտակ չոր գինին, այն գոլորշիացնել գրեթե ամբողջությամբ, ավելացնել մեկ լիտր ջուր կամ հավի արգանակ, մեխակ, մի պտղունց աղ և եփել շուրջ քսան րոպե, քամել:
2. Ստացված այդ հեղուկի մոտ մեկ երրորդը խառնել երեք լիտր ջրի հետ, աղ անել, տաքացնել մինչև եռման աստիճան և դրա մեջ եփել սպագետին:
3. Մեծ թավայի մեջ տաքացնել ձիթապտղի ձեթը, մեջը տապակել ալյուրը, ավելացնել մանրածովախեցգետինի մնացած արգանակը, եփել խառնելով` մինչև ստացվի խիտ զանգված:
4. Տարրայի մեջ խառնել սպագետին և ստացված զանգվածը, եփած մանրածովախեցգետինը, մանր կտրատված կծու պղպեղը, կանաչին ու մանրացված պիստակը, մեկ րոպե տաքացրեք և մատուցեք:
