Հեպատիտ «Ց»-ի բուժման պետական ծրագիրն գործում է արդյունավետ
SOCIETYԱռողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպության (ԱՀԿ) տվյալներով` ամբողջ աշխարհում 58 մլն մարդ ապրում է քրոնիկ հեպատիտ «Ց»-ով:
Այս մասին տղեկացնում է ԱՆ լրատվական ծառայությունը:
Հայաստանում առկա տվյալների վերլուծության համաձայն և մաթեմատիկական մոդելավորման օգնությամբ 2018 թվականին` «Հիվանդությունների վերլուծության հիմնադրամի» (CDA Foundation) եզրակացությամբ, հեպատիտ «Ց» վարակված բնակչությունը կազմում է 4%։
Վիրուսային հեպատիտ «Ց»-ն վարակային հիվանդություն է, որը գլխավորապես ախտահարում է լյարդը։ Քրոնիկ հեպատիտ «Ց» ունեցող պացիենտների մեծ մասի մոտ չեն լինում ախտանշաններ և հիվանդությունը հայտնաբերվում է բժշկական հետազոտության կամ արյան թեստերի իրականացման արդյունքում: Սակայն քրոնիկական ընթացքը տարիներ անց կարող է հանգեցնել լյարդի ցիռոզի կամ քաղցկեղի։ Հեպատիտ «Ց» վիրուսը հանդիսանում է Եվրոպական տարածաշրջանում լյարդի ցիռոզի և քաղցկեղի գլխավոր պատճառ: Քրոնիկ հեպատիտ «Ց»-ով պացիենտները նաև կարող են ունենալ տարբեր արտալյարդային դրսևորումներ` վասկուլիտ, դիաբետ, դեպրեսիա, քրոնիկական երիկամային հիվանդություն, լիմֆոպրոլիֆերատիվ հիվանդություններ և այլն:
2016 թվականին ԱՀԿ-ի կողմից առաջարկվել են հեպատիտ «Ց» հիվանդության բուժման նոր սխեմաներ՝ օգտագործելով ուղղակի ազդող հակավիրուսային դեղեր, որոնցով բուժման տևողությունն ավելի կարճ է, իսկ բուժման արդյունավետությունը շատ ավելի բարձր: Հեպատիտ «Ց» հիվանդության բուժման հիմնական նպատակը վիրուսի իսպառ վերացումն է: Բուժման արդյունավետությունը գնահատելու նպատակով բուժման ավարտից 12 և/կամ 24 շաբաթ անց անհրաժեշտ է իրականացնել հեպատիտ «Ց» վիրուսի ՊՇՌ հետազոտություն՝ բացասական արդյունքի դեպքում պացիենտների մոտ արձանագրվում է կայուն վիրուսաբանական պատասխան (Sustained Virologic Response, SVR 12, SVR 24)։
«Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում քրոնիկ վիրուսային հեպատիտ «Ց»-ով պացիենտներին անվճար տրամադրվող ուղղակի ազդող հակավիրուսային դեղերով բուժման ծրագիրը» մեկնարկել է 2020 թվականի սեպտեմբերի վերջից:
Ծրագրի շրջանակում հեպատիտ Ց-ով պացիենտներին անվճար տրամադրվում են միայն հակավիրուսային դեղերը:
Առողջապահության նախարարի «12» օգոստոս 2021թ. No 3064 - Լ հրամանում կարող եք ծանոթանալ շահառուների ուղղակի ազդող հակավիրուսային դեղերով բուժման կարգի, պարտադիր լաբորատոր-գործիքային ախտորոշիչ հետազոտությունների ցանկին, բուժման վերահսկման և մշտադիտարկման մանրամասներին:
