Վանաձորում բացվեց 110 ծառայություն մատուցող Քաղաքացիական կենտրոն
SOCIETYՎանաձորի «Հայփոստ» փոստային բաժանմունքի գրասենյակում բացվեց 110 ծառայություն մատուցող Քաղաքացիական կենտրոն:
Քաղաքացիական կենտրոնը Լոռու մարզի բնակիչներին հնարավորություն կտա մեկ վայրում ստանալ բազմաթիվ ծառայություններ՝ ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության Հարկադիր կատարումն ապահովող ծառայության, Իրավաբանական անձանց պետական ռեգիստրի, Քաղաքացիական կացության ակտերի գրանցման գործակալության, ՀՀ ոստիկանության անձնագրային և վիզաների վարչության, ՀՀ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի, ՀՀ կադաստրի կոմիտեի ոլորտներում: Քաղաքացիական կենտրոնի բացմանը ներկա էին ՀՀ փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանը, ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարար Կարեն Անդրեասյանը, ինչպես նաև այլ գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարներ ու ներկայացուցիչներ:
«Պատկերացրեք, երբ քաղաքացին ունի տասնյակ խնդիրներ պետության հետ, գալիս է ընդամենը մի հասցե՝ իր բնակավայրին ամենամոտ «Հայփոստ»-ի մասնաճյուղ, և կարողանում է պետության հետ իր բոլոր հարցերը լուծած հեռանալ։ Այսինքն, ոչ թե մոտեցումը պետք է լինի, որ քաղաքացին գնա ինչ-որ մի պաշտոնյայից կախված լինի, այլ հակառակը՝ քաղաքացին գա և ստանա լավագույն ծառայությունը և հասկանա, որ իր համար պետության հետ շփվելը հեշտ է և հարմարավետ», - ասաց Արդարադատության նախարար Կարեն Անդրեասյանը:
Նախարարն ընդգծեց, որ նպատակ ունեն չորս անգամ ավելացնել ծառայությունները՝ դրանց թիվը հասցնելով 450-ի, այսինքն`բոլոր տիպի ծառայությունները մեկտեղեն մեկ գրասենյակում:
«Ցավոք, չենք հասցրել բոլոր ծառայությունները մեկտեղել մեկ գրասենյակում: Դրա համար քաղաքացին դեռևս ստիպված է լինելու որոշ ծառայությունների համար գնալ, օրինակ`անձնագրային բաժին, ճանապարհային ոստիկանություն և այլն: Եվ այս ամբողջ նախաձեռնության նպատակը այն է, որ քաղաքացին իմանա մի տեղ, մի գրասենյակ»,- ասաց Անդրեասյանը:
«Հայփոստի» գլխավոր տնօրեն Հայկ Կարապետյանը նշեց, որ ցանկանում են ստեղծել մեկ թվային հարթակ, որով Հանրապետությունում «Հայփոստ»-ի մյուս 850 բաժանմունքները կարողանան նույն քանակի ծառայություն մատուցել:
«Ի՞նչ է լինելու, մարդը մոտենալու է իր գյուղ, իր գյուղում համապատասխան փաստաթղթեր ներկայացնի, դրանք սքանավորվելու են, այդ ծրագրով ուղարկվեն պետական բեք օֆիս, բեք օֆիսը որոշումն ընդունելու է, դնի նամակի մեջ և այդ առաքանին «Հայփոստն» արդեն կառաքի համապատասխան գյուղ։ Այսինքն՝ այլևս պետք չի լինի գյուղից դուրս գալ պատշաճ պետական ծառայություններ ստանալու համար»,- ընդգծեց Կարապետյանը:
Ավելի վաղ, Քաղաքացիական կենտրոններ էին բացվել Երևանում, Իջևանում և Գյումրիում։
