Կրակոցներ՝ Լոռիում՝ ԱՁ տնօրենի խանութի մոտ․ կանխվել է վենդետա, հայտնաբերվել են հրազենն ու «Նիվա»-ն
SOCIETYՓետրվարի 23-ին կրակոցներ են հնչել Լոռու մարզում։ Ոստիկանության Գուգարքի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ Լեռնապատ գյուղում՝ Արամայիս Աբազյանի խանութի մոտ, կրակոցներ են հնչել, գրում է shamshyan.com-ը։
Նշված վայր են մեկնել ոստիկանության Լոռու մարզային վարչության պետ Գևորգ Ազիզյանը, ոստիկանության Գուգարքի բաժնի պետ Մելինե Եղշատյանը։ Երևանից ժամանել է ՀՀ ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության մարդու և սեփականության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների դեմ պայքարի վարչության պետ Վահե Մուշեղյանը։
Ոստիկանները պարզել են, որ նույն օրը՝ ժամը 21։20-ի սահմանում, Լեռնապատ գյուղի բնակիչ, 75-ամյա Արամայիս Աբազյանը։ Նա, ըստ աղբյուրի, աշխատում է Վանաձորի անտառտնտեսությունում՝ որպես անտառապահ և «Արամայիս Աբազյան» ԱՁ-ում՝ որպես տնօրեն, ոստիկաններին հայտնել է, որ ժամը 17։50-ի սահմանում Լեռնապատ գյուղի 11-րդ փողոցի 1-ին հասցեում գործող մթերային խանութ են եկել համագյուղացիներ, 68-ամյա Արշալույս Աբազյանը և Արամայիս Եսայանը, ում ինքնությունը ոստիկանները պարզում են։
Այնտեղ վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել, որի ժամանակ էլ Արշալույս Աբազյանը Նիվայի միջից վերցրել է զենքը և մի քանի անգամ օդ կրակել։
Ոստիկանները կատարվածի մասին զրույց են ունեցել նաև վաճառողուհի, Լեռնապատ գյուղի բնակիչ, 55-ամյա Վարդուշ Շուշանյանի հետ։ Ոստիկանները դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ հայտնաբերել են կրակված պարկուճներ, իսկ կասկածյալ Արշալույս Աբազյանը հայտնաբերվել է իր տանը։ Նա եղել է ոչ սթափ վիճակում և ի վիճակի չի եղել կատարվածի մասին բացատրություն տալու։
Ոստիկանների բացատրական աշխատանքի արդյունքում Ա. Աբազյանի որդին՝ Լեռնապատ գյուղի բնակիչ, 41-ամյա Կարեն Աբազյանը, ինքնակամ ոստիկաններին է ներկայացրել «ՍԿՍ» տիպի 7.62 մմ տրամաչափի որսորդական ակոսափող հրացան։
Հայտնաբերվել նաև Նիվա մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան, որը տեղափոխվել է ոստիկանության Գուգարքի բաժնի պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք։ Ոստիկանությունը ձեռնարկում է անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ՝ Ա. Եսայանին հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։ Փաստի առթիվ Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում նյութեր են նախապատրաստվում։
Աղբյուրը հայտնում է նաև, որ Աբազյանների ազգականներից 2-ը, որոնք հրաժարվեցին տեսախցիկի առաջ խոսել, ասում էին. «Լրիվ մի կաթիլ մեղրի պատմություն... տարիքով մարդիկ ռազբիրատ են անում ու հետո զենք են օգտագործում։ Հավատացեք, եթե ոստիկանները մի փոքր ուշանային, էստեղ հաստատ վենդետա էր լինելու։ Կարելի է ասել՝ ոստիկանները կանխեցին վենդետան։ Մնում է՝ օբյեկտիվ քննություն վարվի, ու մեղավորը կամ մեղավորները օրենքի առջև խիստ պատասխանատվության ենթարկվեն, որպեսզի մյուսներին դաս լինի»։
