Մասնագետները պնդում են, որ ճիշտ և ժամանակին սնվելը առողջության կարևորագույն գրավականն է։ Շատ կարևոր է նաև, թե որ ժամին եք սնվում և երբ ինչ եք ուտում։
Հետևելով օրվա սննդակարգի այս ռեժիմին՝ դուք կազատվեք ավելորդ կիլոգրամներից և ավելի առողջ կլինեք։ Առավոտյան 5-7-ը աղիների աշխատանքի ժամն է, հետևաբար՝ արթնանալուն պես մաքուր ջուր խմեք։ Ցանկալի է՝ գոլ։ Դրանից մեկ ժամ հետո կարող եք բնական հյութեր կամ մրգեր ուտել։
Ժամը 12-14-ը օրգանիզմին սպիտակուցային սնունդ ու բանջարեղեն է պետք /բացի կարտոֆիլից։ Այդ ընթացքում կարող եք միս, ձուկ ուտել, սակայն ոչ պահածոյացված, ձու, լոբազգիներ, ապուրներ, կաթնաշոռ, կեֆիր, բայց ոչ կաթ։
Քաղցր չի կարելի։ Սա ուտելուց 2,5 ժամ անց, ոչ շուտ, կարող եք առանց շաքարի թեյ խմել, թեկուզ մեղրով։ Դրանից հետո արդեն որքան ուզեք, կարող եք սովորական ջուր խմել։ Ընդհանուր առմամբ՝ օրական 1,5 լիտր ջուր պետք է խմեք։
Ընթրեք ժամը 18-19 ընկած հատվածում, ոչ ուշ։ Կարող եք ածխաջրեր օգտագործել՝ շիլաներ, որոնք սակայն, կաթով չեն պատրասված այլ ջրով, ինչպես նաեւ բանջարեղեն։ Քնելուց առաջ կարող եք կեֆիր խմել։ Եթե այս ռեժիմին հետևեք, և առողջ կլինեք և քաղցած չեք մնա։
