Երջանիկ կնոջ 11 կանոն` ըստ վեդաների

Ինչպես գտնել հոգու բաղձալի սերը և լինել երջանիկ։ Ներկայացնում ենք տասնմեկ պարզ կանոն՝ կանանց համար։
1. Հետևել ինքն իրեն` լինել կոկիկ, մաքուր և հաճելի բուրել:
2. Լինել կայուն, ընկերներին չփոխել ձեռնոցների նման: Իրական տղամարդը երբեք ուշադրություն չի դարձնի հեշտ հասանելի աղջիկներին:
3. Անել կանացի գործ. կինը պետք է կարողանա պատրաստել, լվանալ, կարել, երեխաների մասին հոգ տանել: Դրանով նա տանը հարմարավետություն է ստեղծում, ինչը տղամարդիկ սիրում են:
4. Վերջ տալ վնասակար սովորույթներին: Ծխող, խմող, վատ բառեր օգտագործող, շատ ուտող կինը ոչ միայն վնասում է իր առողջությունը, այլև կորցնում է իր բնական հմայնքը ուրիշների աչքերում:
5. Կարողանալ սթրեսից ազատվել. նեղվածությունը, ջղայնությունը, նախանձը, ատելությունը, ագրեսիան, վախը, խանդը բացասական ազդեցություն են թողնում մեր ֆիզիկական և հոգեբանական առողջության վրա:
6. Ընդունել կանացի բնույթը: Դա նշանակում է ներդաշնակեցնել իր շուրջապատը, իր ընտանիքը: Կինը պետք է հասկանա, որ տղամարդը տան գլխավորն է և չպետք է ոչ կանացի գործերը վերցնի իր վրա: Կինը ծնված է, որպեսզի սեր նվիրի և ստանա, աջակցի ամուսնուն և երեխաներին, օգնի խորհրդով, լինի կանացի և փափուկ, վստահելի ընկեր՝ ընտանիքի յուրաքանչյուր անդամի համար:
7. Սիրել ոչ միայն սրտով, այլ նաև ուղեղով: Շատ կանայք սիրահարվելով ոչ ճիշտ տղամարդկանց մտածում են, որ նրանք կփոխվեն: Իրականում դա այդպես չէ: Մեծամասամբ կանայք հիասթափվում են, կուտակում նեղվածությունը և ափսոսում ծախսած ուժերի համար, իսկ տղամարդիկ կանանց մեջ տեսնում են փնթփնթան վհուկների: Միշտ պետք է նայել դեպի ապագան: Արդյո՞ք այդ մարդը համապատասխանում է ամուսնու դերին և արդյո՞ք կարելի է ապրել նրա հետ ողջ կյանքը առանց ցանկանալու փոխել նրա բնավորությունը, սովորությունները: Սիրահարվածությունը վաղ թե ուշ կանցնի և ի՞նչ կմնա։
