Ֆրանսիայի արտգործնախարար Ժան-Իվ Լը Դրիանը և ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Էնթոնի Բլինկենը քննարկել են ուկրաինական իրադարձությունները։ Ֆրանսիայի ԱԳՆ-ի տվյալներով՝ երկու կողմերն էլ անհրաժեշտ են համարում նոր պատժամիջոցներ սահմանել Ռուսաստանի դեմ:

ԱՄՆ-ը խորհրդային հակաօդային պաշտպանության համակարգեր է ուղարկում Ուկրաինա, այս մասին հայտնում է The Wall Street Journal-ը՝ վկայակոչելով ԱՄՆ անանուն պաշտոնյաների հայտարարությունները։ Հրատարակության տվյալներով՝ Պենտագոնը տարիներ շարունակ ընդհատակյա ծրագրի շրջանակներում ձեռք է բերել խորհրդային տեխնիկա։

Եվրամիության երկրների արտգործնախարարները պայմանավորվել են ավելացնել Ուկրաինային տրամադրվող ռազմական օգնությունը ևս 500 միլիոն եվրոյով։

Ռուսաստանի օմբուդսմեն Տատյանա Մոսկալկովան ստացել է ավելի քան 100 դիմում Ուկրաինայում ռուս զինծառայողների հնարավոր գերեվարման վերաբերյալ, որոնցից կեսը հաստատվել է։
