Վաղուց ապացուցված է, որ նարդոսը հրաշալի հակադեպրեսանտ  և գլխացավի ու հոգնածության  դեմ պայքարի արդյունավետ միջոց է։

Կան տոնուսը բարձրացնելու համար նարդոսը օգատգործելու տարբեր միջոցներ։  Ձեզ ենք ներկայացնում նարդոսը օգտագործելու  ևս մեկ միջոց, որը կանցկացնի գլխացավը և հոգնածությունը։

Նարդոսով լիմոնադ.

Բաղադրիչները

- 1.5 լիտր ջուր

- 100 միլիլիտր մեղր

- 5 կիտրոն

- 1 կաթիլ նարդոսի եթերային յուղ կամ 3 ճաշի գդալ չորացրած նարդոսի ծաղիկներ

- Նարդոսի ճյուղեր՝ զարդարելու համար

Պատրաստելու եղանակը․

1. Եթե դուք օգտագործում եք նարդոսի յուղ, ապա ձեզ անհրաժեշտ է  միայն խառնել վերոնշյալ բաղադրիչները։ Մինչ այդ քամեք կիտրոնների հյութը։ Ստացված ըմպելիքը դրեք սառնարանում մի քանի ժամով։ Հետագայում լիմոնադի մեջ կարող եք ավելացնել մի քիչ մեղր կամ ըմպելիքը բացել ջրով։

2. Իսկ եթե օգտագործում եք նարդոսի չորացված ծաղիկներ, ապա լցրեք դրանք ջրի մեջ և եռացրեք միջին ուժգնության կրակի վրա։ Եռալուց հետո կրակը թուլացրեք և թողեք այդպես ևս մի քանի րոպե։ Կրակից վերցնելուց հետո փակեք այն կափարիչով և թողեք այդպես մեկ ժամ։

Թուրմը քամեք, որպեսզի ծաղկի թերթիկները առանձնանան, իսկ հետո ավելացրեք կիտրոնի քամած հյութը և մեղրը։ Դրեք սառնարանում 30 րոպեով։

Խմեք լիմոնադը սառը վիճակում, անհրաժեշտության դեպքում ավելացրեք սառույց։ Իսկ եթե այն նաև զարդարեք նարդոսի ճյուղերով, ապա հանգստության և կոմֆորտի զգացումը ձեզ չի լքի։

Լարվածությունը կանցնի, եթե նաև ընդունեք վաննաներ նարդոսի յուղով։ Արդյունավետ է  նաև յուղը քսել մարմնին, հատկապես մերսման ժամանակ։
