Երեկ զոհված 28-ամյա Իշխան Օհանյանը Ճարտարից էր, 2 շաբաթվա պայմանագրային զինծառայող (ֆոտո)
SOCIETYԱրցախի արեւելյան սահմանագոտում հակառակորդի ձեռնարկած սադրանքների հետեւանքով երեկ զոհված 28-ամյա Իշխան Օհանյանը Արցախի Ճարտար քաղաքից էր. նա ընդամենը 2 շաբաթվա զինծառայող էր: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում հայտնեց նրա ընկերը:
«Շատ բարի, լուսավոր, պատրաստակամ, հումորով մարդ էր, երկու շաբաթ էր, ինչ անցել էր ծառայության ու շատ երկար էր սպասում որ ստացվեր պայմանագրային ծառայության անցնելը»,- պատմեց նա:
Իշխանը ամուսնացած չէր, ունի 3 եղբայր եւ մեկ քույր:
Իշխանի քրոջ ամուսինն էլ զոհվել էր 44-օրյա պատերազմի ժամանակ:
Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ երեկ մարտի 25-ին, Արցախի արեւելյան սահմանագոտում հակառակորդի ձեռնարկած սադրանքների, մասնավորապես` Bayraktar TB-2 տեսակի հարվածային անօդաչու թռչող սարքերի կիրառման հետեւանքով մահացու վիրավորում էին ստացել ՊԲ պայմանագրային զինծառայողներ Դավիթ Ռոբերտի Միրզոյանը (ծնվ. 1978թ.), Իշխան Սերժիկի Օհանյանը (ծնվ. 1994թ.) եւ Արարատ Վագիֆի Թեւոսյանը (ծնվ. 1990թ.)։
Արցախի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Գեղամ Ստեփանյանն ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել էր, որ Ասկերանում կա 14 վիրավոր, գրեթե բոլորը վիրավորվել են ԱԹՍ-ի հարվածներից։
Հիշեցնենք՝ մարտի 24-ին Ադրբեջանի ԶՈՒ ստորաբաժանումները, կոպտորեն խախտելով 2020թ. նոյեմբերի 10-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության պահանջները, ներխուժել են Արցախի Հանրապետությունում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության խաղաղապահ զորակազմի պատասխանատվության գոտի, վերահսկողության տակ վերցնելով Ասկերանի շրջանի Փառուխ գյուղն ու հարակից դիրքերը, ապա փորձել առաջխաղացում ապահովել Արցախի Հանրապետության արեւելյան սահմանագոտում:
Ադրբեջանական ստորաբաժանումները մարտի 25-ի գիշերը կրակ էին բացել ՊԲ ստորաբաժանումների վրա՝ կիրառելով ինչպես տարբեր տրամաչափի հրաձգային զինատեսակներ, այնպես էլ հարվածային ԱԹՍ:
