Ալեն Սիմոնյանի պատասխանն Ադրբեջանի Միլի Մեջլիսի նախագահին արժանացել է բուռն ծափահարությունների
POLITICSԱԺ նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանը Ալմաթիում մասնակցում է ԱՊՀ ՄԽՎ 30-ամյակին նվիրված միջոցառումներին:
Նիստում ՀՀ խորհրդարանի ղեկավարը ներկաների ուշադրությունը հրավիրել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ներկա իրավիճակի վրա՝ մասնավորապես անդրադառնալով մարտի 24-ին ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի ներխուժմանը ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորախմբի պատասխանատվության գոտում գտնվող ԼՂ Ասկերանի շրջանի Փարուխ գյուղ՝ դրանով իսկ կոպտորեն խախտելով 2020թ. նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարությունը:
ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահը գործընկերներին տեղեկացրել է, որ դեռեւս լուծված չեն հետպատերազմյան հումանիտար եւ այլ բնույթի խնդիրներ՝ շեշտելով հայ ռազմագերիների, պատանդների հարցը, որոնց թիվը, ըստ Ադրբեջանի կողմից հաստատված տվյալների, 38 է:
Ի պատասխան Ալեն Սիմոնյանի ելույթի՝ Ադրբեջանի Միլի Մեջլիսի նախագահ Սահիբա Գաֆարովան նշել է, որ Ադրբեջանը հավատարիմ է 2020թ. նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարությանը եւ չի խախտել դրա դրույթները: Գաֆարովան նշել է, որ Ադրբեջանը Հայաստանին է հանձնել բոլոր ռազմագերիներին՝ եռակողմ հայտարարության համաձայն:
Ի պատասխան այդ հայտարարությունների՝ ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահ Սիմոնյանը հիշեցրել է տիկնոջը. «Ադրբեջանական կողմի զինված ներթափանցումների եւ խախտումների մասին հայտարարել է ոչ միայն Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը, այլեւ` Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունը, որը տվյալ տարածքի խաղաղության երաշխավորն է: Կցանկանայի կրկնել՝ Հայաստանն առաջարկում է Ադրբեջանին անհապաղ բանակցություններ սկսել խաղաղ պայմանագրի կնքման շուրջ»:
Ադրբեջանի Միլի Մեջլիսի ղեկավարն ի պատասխան հայտարարել է, որ Բաքուն բազմիցս առաջարկել է Երեւանին խաղաղության պայմանագիր ստորագրել՝ հաշվի առնելով հինգ կետերը, որոնք Հայաստանը մերժել է:
Ի պատասխան Ադրբեջանի Միլի Մեջլիսի ղեկավարի այն պնդման, թե Բաքուն առաջարկել է, իսկ Հայաստանը հրաժարվել է՝ Ալեն Սիմոնյանը նշել է.
«Ես պաշտոնապես հայտարարում եմ, որ Հայաստանի համար այդ հինգ կետերն ընդունելի են, եւ մենք կարծում ենք, որ եթե որոշ ասպեկտներ ավելացնենք, կարող ենք սկսել այդ աշխատանքի իրականացումը»,- եզրափակել է բանավեճը Սիմոնյանը:
ԱԺ նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանի խոսքին հաջորդել են ԱՊՀ երկրների խորհրդարանների նախագահների եւ պատվիրակների բուռն ծափահարությունները, որոնք ընդհատել են Գաֆարովայի խոսքը: Բանավեճն այլեւս չի շարունակվել:
