Վերջին օրերի իրադարձությունները փաստում են, որ Արցախի Հանրապետության ազգաբնակչությունը գտնվում է նաև ինֆորմացիոն/տեղեկատվական պատերազմի ազդեցության տակ, որը մեծ ներգործություն ունի մարդու հոգեկան վիճակի և առողջության վրա: Այն հղի է տրավմատիկ, սթրեսածին հոգեբանական անկայունության առաջացմամբ: Մեր ուսումնասիրությունները ցույց են տալիս, որ հասարակության բոլոր տարիքային խմբերի մոտ ակնառու են հոգեբանական լարվածության, տագնապային, որոշ դեպքերում էլ խուճապի հասնող վիճակներ: Նմանատիպ իրականության դեպքում ցանկացած ոք փորձում է գտնել ինչ-որ կայունություն, սևեռվելով տարատեսակ ինֆորմացիայի մեդիահարդակից՝ մեծամասամբ սոցցանցերի անճշտություններով լի պղտոր հոսքում: Մյուս տարբերակը՝ հեռուստաալիքներից հնչող ինֆորմացիայից, որոնք տարատեսական են, եթե չասենք իրարամերժ: Եվ երրորդ տարբերակը, այսպես կոչված «сарафанное радио»՝ փողոցում, բակում պտտվող լուրերը: Անձը, ստիպված սկսում է գնահատել իրականությունը սեփական ռեսուրսի, ունեցած գիտելիքի և փորձի միջոցով, դրանով իսկ սուբյեկտիվորեն խեղաթյուրելով իրականությունը, կամ ընդունելով ցանկալին իրականության տեղը, կամ էլ ավելորդ ներքին լարվածություն և տագնապ առաջացնելով: Հենց դրանով է պայմանավորված, որ բոլորը, առանց մասնագիտական պատկանելիության տարբերության, դարձել են քաղաքական, ռազմական, հասարակական գործիչներ: Այսպիսով, վերը նշված բոլոր ազդեցությունները ավելի են սրում առանց այն էլ լարված հոգեվիճակները, խորացնելով հասարակության մեջ հիասթափությունը և հուսահատությունը: Բնականաբար, պատերազմական և հետպատերազմյան իրավիճակներում ազգային անվտանգության տեսանկյունից ելնելով ամեն ինչ չէ, որ ենթակա է հրապարակման: Սակայն, այս իրականության վրա ազդում է նաև պաշտոնական լրատվության երբեմն իրար հակասող, իսկ երբեմն անորոշություն տարածող հաղորդագրությունները: Ուստի, որպես հոգեկան առողջության պահպանման ներկայացուցիչ և պատասխանատու, կոչ եմ անում պաշտոնական լրատվական դաշտի պատասխանատուներին հնարավորինս լրացնել լրատվական դաշտը միայն ճշգրիտ և ստուգված տեղեկություններով, իսկ հայկական տիրույթում գործող ԶԼՄ-ներին կոչ եմ անում չտրվել «սենսացիաններ» հրապարակելու գայթակղությանը:
