Նարեկ Վարազդատյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Ողջ տարին մեր սաները ազգային և միջազգային մրցաշարերի մասնակցության հրավերներ էին ստանում: Միջազգային մրցաշարերից կառանձնացնենք հետևյալները. տարին սկսվեց հունվարի 8-ից 15-ը Անդրանիկ Մարգարյանի անվան հուշամրցաշարին մասնակցությամբ, որին հաջորդեց Վորոնեժում կայացած Ալյոխինի հուշամրցաշարը, այնուհետև` Ջերմուկի պատանեկան միջազգային հուշամրցաշարը:
Մեր սաները գոհացուցիչ արդյունքներ են գրանցում գրեթե բոլորմրցաշարերում: Դպրոցի սաներից Առնո Բալասանյանը, ով բացառիկությամբ փայլեց Ջերմուկի միջազգային մրցաշարում. հիշեցման կարգով նշեմ, որ 3-րդ մարզական կարգից միանգամից լրացրեց 1-ին մարզական կարգի նորման, հնարավորություն ստացավ միառժամանակյա խաղի սեանս անցկացնել Երևան քաղաքի պատվավոր քաղաքացի, աշխարհահռչակ գրոսմայստեր` Ռաֆայել Վահանյանի հետ: Տարին ամփոփվեց «Նարվա» շախմատի դպրոցում Դեկտեմբերի 15-22-ը ընթացող շախմատի մրցաշարով: Իհարկե 2016-ին ակնկալում ենք նոր նվաճումներ և հաղթանակներ: Բազմաթիվ ծրագրեր ունենք: Հրավերներ ունենք միջազգային առաջնություններին մասնակցության, որոնց մի մասը դեռ քննարկվում են: Հունվարի 8-ին կմասնակցենք Անդրանիկ Մարգարյանի անվան միջագային մրցաշարին մինչև 10 և 12 տարիքային խմբերում, դպրոցը կներկայացնեն 4 աշակերտ: Մենուա Հակոբյանը (7 տարեկան), մասնակցելու է մինչև 10 տարեկանների խմբում, այդ խմբում են ելույթ ունենալու նաև 9-ամյա 3-րդ կարգային Գրիշա Ստեփանյանը և 9-ամյա «Նարվա» շախմատի դպրոցի 2015թ.-ի բաց առաջնության հաղթող, 2-րդ մարզական կարգ ունեցող Գրիգոր Օսիպյանը, իսկ Արամ Բարսեղյանը հանդես կգա մինչև 12 տարեկանների ենթախմբում:
«Նարվա» շախմատի դպրոցի և իմ անունից շնորհակալություն եմ հայտնում բոլոր այն մարդկանց և կազմակերպություններին, ովքեր անշահախնդիր մեր կողքին են մինչ այսօր: Ուրախ կլինենք, եթե նոր մարդիկ էլ ցանկություն հայտնեն աջակցելու դպրոցին, քանի որ այն բազմաթիվ հաջողությունների կողքին, ունի նաև խնդիրներ, որոնք իրենց լուծումն են պահանջում:
