Թափոնը զենք է. վերամշակված պլաստիկից պարագաներ՝ մեր զինվորների համար

«Շանի» ՀԿ նախագահ Էրիկ Սարգսյանը նոր սարքեր է նախագծել, որոնց օգնությամբ պլաստիկը վերամշակվում, վերածվում է սինտեպոնի, որից այնուհետև տաք պարագաներ են կարվում մեր զինվորների համար.
«Դեռ պատերազմի ժամանակվանից սկսեցինք մտածել, թե մեր ունեցած ռեսուրսից՝ թափոնից ինչ կարող ենք պատրաստել, որ չպատվիրենք արտերկրից: Պլաստիկ շշից սկսեցինք որոշ բաներ ստանալ: Պատերազմի ընթացքում կիսատ մնաց, բայց շարունակելու ցանկություն կար, երբ հնարավորություն ստեղծվեր: Հիմա գործարան ունենք, ռազմական վրաններ ենք արտադրում, քողարկիչներ՝ վերամշակված պլաստիկից: Գլխավորը սինտեպոնն է, իսկ այն պլաստիկը, որը չի վերամշակվում, ուտիլիզացիայի է ենթարկվում, ավազի հետ խառնվում, ստանում ասֆալտի նման ինչ-որ չայրվող նյութ, որը խրամատների պատերին կարող է ավելացվել և բավականին կիրառելի լինել բանակում:
Մենք ռազմարդյունաբերական ձեռնարկություն ենք և աշխատում ենք տեղական հումքից ստեղծել այնպիսի իրեր, որոնք բանակին օգուտ կլինեն: Ռազմարդյունաբերությունը միայն ԱԹՍ-ն չէ, ցանկացած ռազմական գույք ռազմարդյունաբերության խնդիրն է: Մենք հասարակական կազմակերպություն ունենք՝ մոտ 20 աշխատողներով: Քանի որ մենք շահույթ չհետապնդող կազմակերպություն ենք, ամեն ինչ անում ենք հանգանակությունների և օգնության շնորհիվ: Ամեն ինչ անում ենք, որ մեր վերջնական սպառողի՝ զինվորի համար մեր արտադրանքը հնարավորինս մատչելի լինի, քանի որ լրիվ անվճար չենք կարողանում»,- 1or.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց Էրիկը:
Էրիկի խոսքով՝ իրենք պետությունից ոչ մի աջակցություն չեն ստանում, մեկ տարի է՝ փորձում են Պաշտպանության նախարարության հետ աշխատել, նամակագրական կապերի մեջ են, պարբերաբար հանդիպումներ են ունենում, բայց՝ ապարդյուն, քանի որ պետությունը պարզապես չի ցանկանում բանակի համար ինչ-որ բան անել՝ այն դեպքում, երբ իրենք երկակի խնդիր են լուծում, և՛ աղբից ենք ազատվում, և՛ բանակին ենք օգուտ տալիս.
«Քանի որ մենք կոմերցիոն կազմակերպություն չենք, եկամուտ չենք ստանում, նաև դոնորի համար շահութաբեր չենք, և ներդրում անելու մոտիվացիա չունեն: Ամբողջ աշխարհում դեռ ոչ մեկը չի հասել նրան, որ պլաստիկի վերամշակումը շահութաբեր լինի: Դա պետությունների խնդիրն է, վերամշակողներին գոնե որոշակի աջակցություն տրվում է: Մեր դեպքում դա այդպես չէ, որովհետև, չեմ ուզում ասել, թե պետություն չունենք, բայց մեր պետությունն ընդհանրապես հետաքրքրված չէ ոչ մի բանով, եթե դա եկամուտ չի բերում: Հիմա, օրինակ, քաղաքապետարանը պլաստիկը հավաքում է, բայց նրանք փորձում են տենդերով ամենաբարձր գինն առաջարկողին վաճառել այն»:
