Պատրաստման եղանակները Խմորի պատրաստման համար շոկոլադը և կարագը փոքր կտորների վերածել, այնուհետև գոլորշու վրա հալեցնել և թողնել, որ սառչի: Ձվի դեղնուցը առանձնացնել սպիտակուցից: Շաքարավազը բաժանել երկու մասի.մի մասը հարել սպիտակուցի հետ, մյուս մասը դեղնուցի հետ: Սպիտակուցը լցնել դեղնուցի վրա և լավ խառնել, որ ստացվի միասեռ զանգված: Ալյուրի հետ խառնել սոդան, վանիլը, կապուչինո սուրճը և աղը:
Այս ամենը աստիճանաբար մաղել ձվե խառնուրդի մեջ և խառնել: Ավելացնել այս զանգվածի վրա շոկոլադե խառնուրդը, լավ խառնել և եփել ջեռոցում 180 աստիճան ջերմաստիճանում 30-35 րոպե: Եփելուց հետո, խմորը թողնել, որ սառչի, հետո բաժանել երկու մասի: Միջուկի համար ջուրը տաքացնել, մեջ լցնել կամուչինոն և շոկոլադը մանրացված: Եփել գազօջախի վրա այնքան, մինչև կխտանա: Այս խառնուրդը քսել երկու խմորների վրա և խմորները միացնել իրար:
Կրեմի համար փափկեցված կարագը հարիչով լավ հարել, աստիճանաբար ավելացնել խտացրած կաթը /տան ջերմաստիճանի/, վանիլի փոշին:Լավ հարելուց հետո, դնել սառնարանում, որ սառչի: Սառչելուց հետո քսել տորթի վրա և տորթը դնել սառնարանում: Գլազուրի համար սերուցը տաքացնել, վրան ավելացնել շոկոլադը, թողնել կրակին այնքան, մինչև շոկոլադը կհալչի: Կրակից վերցնելուց հետո թողնել, որ սառչի, այնուհետև տարածել տորթի վրա:
