SOCIETY«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Այսօր Երևանում անցկացվող ջահերով երթին զուգահեռ՝ նման երթ կլինի նաև Ստեփանակերտում: Երևանում ջահերով երթի մեկնարկը կտրվի ժամը 19:15-ին, Հանրապետության հրապարակից, իսկ Արցախում՝ Ստեփանակերտի Սուրբ Հակոբ եկեղեցու բակից, ժամը 19:00ին: Իհարկե, թե՛ Երևանում, թե՛ Ստեփանակերտում ջահերի երթ անցկացվել է ամեն տարի, սակայն այս տարի, առկա իրավիճակի, Արցախի հարցում ստեղծված ճգնաժամի և ՀՀ իշխանությունների՝ Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման գործընթացը վիժեցնելու ֆոնին, այս երթերը առավել խորհրդանշական բնույթ են ստանում, և, մեր տեղեկություններով, շատ ավելի բազմամարդ են լինելու։
Ավելին, թերթի արցախյան աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, նախատեսվող երթին մասնակցելու են նաև Արցախի նախագահներ Բակո Սահակյանն ու Արկադի Ղուկասյանը, ինչն ինքնին խորքային ազդակներ է պարունակում թե՛ օրվա խորհրդի, թե՛, ընդհանրապես առկա վիճակի, թե՛ միասնականության գաղափարի տեսանկյունից։ Ընդհանրապես, մեր ունեցած տեղեկության համաձայն, Արցախում ընդհանուր քաղաքական օրակարգի շուրջ համախմբման գործընթացները շարունակվում են, որտեղ առաջին պլանում ոչ թե առանձին դեմքերն են, այլ Արցախը Հայաստանի իշխանությունների ողբերգական քաղաքականությունից զերծ պահելու գաղափարը։ Հավելենք, որ երեկ Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանն ստորագրել է հրամանագիր, համաձայն որի, կատարվել է լրացում 2022 թվականի մարտի 26-ի «Արցախի Հանրապետության տարածքում հայտարարված ռազմական դրության պայմաններում իրավունքների և ազատությունների ժամանակավոր սահմանափակումների մասին» հրամանագրում:
Ըստ հրամանագրի, հավաքների ազատության իրավունքի սահմանափակումը չի տարածվում Ցեղասպանության զոհերի հիշատակի օրվա կապակցությամբ 2022 թվականի ապրիլի 23-ին և 24-ին անցկացվելիք միջոցառումների վրա:
