Երևանում ծեծի հետևանքով մահացել է 62-ամյա տղամարդը

Երեկ՝ ապրիլի 25-ին, արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում։ Ժամը 01։10-ի սահմաններում Երևանի շտապօգնության 4-րդ ենթակայանից ոստիկանության Էրեբունու բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ նախորդ օրը, ժամը 23։30-ին բժիշկների հերթապահ խումբը կանչով մեկնել է Նոր Արեշ 22 փողոցի տներից մեկը, որտեղ հայտնաբերել են մահացած տղամարդու, ում հարազատները հայտնել են, որ նա իրենց ներկայությամբ հանկարծամահ է եղել։
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, հիվանդանոց են մեկնել ոստիկանության Էրեբունու բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Արմեն Գասպարյանի գլխավորույամբ։ Ոստիկանները պարզել են, որ մահացածը նույն փողոցի բնակիչ՝ 62-ամյա Արմեն Մ-ն էր։ Դատաբժշկի նախնական եզրակացության համաձայն՝ արտաքին զննությամբ դիակի ճակատին, ձախ ակնակապիճի դրսային եզրին, քթի մեջքին, գլխի գագաթային շրջանին հայտնաբերվել են քերծվածքներ:
Մինչ Էրեբունու ոստիկանապետի գլխավորությամբ հիվանդանոցում պարզվում էին դեպքի հանգամանքները, մեկ այլ օպերատիվ խումբ ոստիկանության Էրեբունու բաժնի օպերատիվ գծով տեղակալ Սենիկ Երանոսյանի գլխավորությամբ մեկնում են մահացածի բնակության վայր, որտեղ հարազատները ոստիկաններին հայտնում են, որ նա վնասվածքները ստացել է վայր ընկնելու հետևանքով։
Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ ոստիկանության Էրեբունու բաժնի ծառայողները «կուլ չեն տալիս» մահացածի հարազատների խայծը, և քրեական հետախուզության բաժնի ծառայողները՝ բաժնի պետ Ա. Գասպարյանի, օպերգծով տեղակալ Ս. Երանոսյանի գլխավորությամբ կատարելով հսկայածավալ աշխատանքներ, պարզում են, որ հարազատների ասածը չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը։ Ստացված օպերատիվ տվյալներով՝ ջրի երես է դուրս գալիս իրականությունը ու պարզվում է՝ ապրիլի 24-ին, ժամը 20։20-ի սահմաններում Խաղաղ Դոնի թիվ 31/10 հասցեի մոտ Երևանի բնակիչներ՝ 51-ամյա Հակոբ Գ-ն, նրա որդին՝ 24-ամյա Խաչատուր Գ-ն, վիճաբանել են Արմեն Մ-ի հետ, որի ժամանակ ոտքերով և ձեռքերով հարվածներ են հասցրել վերջինիս գլխին և մարմնի տարբեր մասերին՝ պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածքներ ու նրան թողնելով անօգնական՝ ծեծի ենթարկողները հեռացել են, և որոշ ժամանակ անց Արմեն Մ-ն մահացել է։
Փաստի առթիվվ ոստիկանության Էրեբունու բաժնի հետաքննական բաժանմունքի հետաքննիչ Կարապետյանի որոշմամբ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քր.օր-ի 112 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 6-րդ և 14-րդ կետերով և այն ուղարկվել է Հայաստանի քննրական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժին։
Ոստիկանությունը ձեռնարկում է անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ՝ Հակոբ և Խաչատուր Գ-երին հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։
