Ամանորին խոզի բուդ չուտելու 3 կարևոր պատճառ

Արժե՞ Նոր տարուն խորոված կամ «բուդ» պատրաստել։ Ո´չ, չարժե։ Ահա երեք պատճառ, թե ինչու։
 
1. Ճարպ
Խոզի միսը սովորաբար շատ յուղոտ է, հետեւաբար այն չարաշահելու դեպքում հեշտ է գիրանալ։ Հաշվի առնելով, որ տոնական սեղաններին առանց այդ էլ շատ են տարատեսակ եւ բարձր կալորիականությամբ ուտեստները, մի քանի մասնագետներ խորհուրդ են տալիս մսի ճարպոտ տեսակների փոխարեն ավելի ցածր կալորիականությամբ մսամթերք օգտագործել (թռչնամիս, ձուկ)։
Բացի դրանից, յուղոտ միսը բարձրացնում է արյան մեջ խոլեստերինի մակարդակը, իսկ անոթներում ձեւավորվող ճարպային վահանիկները կարող են խցանումների առաջացման պատճառ դառնալ, որոնց պատճառով էլ լինում են կաթվածների եւ ինֆարկտների մեծամասնությունը։
 
2. Աճի հորմոններ
Խոզի միսը պարունակում է «աճի հորմոնների» մեծ քանակություն, ուստի այս մսամթերքը չարաշահելու դեպքում մարմնի զանգվածը զգալիորեն մեծանում է (եւ այդ քաշից ազատվելը հեշտ չի լինի), ինչպես նաեւ բարձրանում է բորբոքումների, հիպերտոնիաների եւ հյուսվածքների ուռչելու զարգացման հավանականությունը։
Կարծիք կա, որ աճի հորմոնները նպաստում են նաեւ ուռուցքների զարգացմանն ու մեծացմանը։
 
3. Գինը
Եվ, վերջապես, խոզի միսն այս տարի Հայաստանում զգալիորեն թանկացել է։ Եթե անցյալ տարի ավանդական դարձած «բուդը» կարելի էր գնել կիլոգրամը մոտ 2500-3000 դրամով, այս տարի գներն սկսվում են համարյա 5000 դրամից։
Արդարացի լինելու համար նշենք, որ խոզի միսը պարունակում է նաեւ օգտակար նյութեր՝ մեծ քանակությամբ վիտամիններ, այդ թվում եւ В խմբի վիտամիններ, որոնք օգտակար են կանանց եւ հատկապես կերակրող մայրերի համար։ Սակայն խոզի միսն իսկապես պետք չէ չարաշահել։
