ԱԺ պատգամավոր, ԱԺ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության եւ հանրային հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Թագուհի Թովմասյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է.

Երեւանի ավագանու նախագիծը՝ թիվ 1, 5 պոլիկլինիկաները եւ «Քաղաքային էնդոկրին դիսպանսեր» ՓԲԸ-ն միացնելու թ. 4 պոլիկլինիկային, առաջացրել է այդ պոլիկլինիկաներից օգտվող բնակչության մեծամասնության զայրույթը։
 
Արագ արձագանքելով քաղաքացիների անհանգստությանը՝ իմ հանձնարարականով, ՀՀ ԱԺ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության եւ հանրային հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի փորձագետները այցելել են թիվ 1 պոլիկլինիկա, զրուցել բուժանձնակազմի, ինչպես նաև Կոնդի բնակիչների հետ, արձանագրել խնդիրները։
Պոլիկլինիկայի տնօրենի ժպ Ն․Դավթյանը նշել է, որ բուժանձնակազմի գլխավոր մտահոգությունը հաստիքների կրճատումն է, սակայն քաղաքապետի տեղակալ Գեւորգ Սիմոնյանի հավաստիացումներն այդ մասով իրենց լիահույս են արել։
 
Բուժաշխատակիցները մտահոգված են նաև իրենց բուժայցելուների՝ տեղաշարժով պայմանավորված անհարմարություններով, քանի որ ունեն հաշմանդամներ, ովքեր ի վիճակի չեն երկար ճանապարհ անցնել։
 
Կոնդի բնակիչները դեմ են պոլիկլինիկաների օպտիմալացման ծրագրին։ Նրանց հիմնական մտահոգություններն են՝ տեղաշարժի խնդիր, ուղիղ տրանսպորտային կապի բացակայություն, ճանապարհածախս, որը շատերն ի վիճակի չեն վճարել։ Բացի այդ, նրանք մտավախություն ունեն, որ այս անհարմարությունները միտումնավոր են արվում՝ բնակիչներին Կոնդից ինքնակամ հանելու համար։
 
Քաղաքապետարանից էլ նշում են, որ տեղյակ են բնակիչների մտահոգություններից, պարբերաբար ունենում են քննարկումներ վերջիններիս հետ, այդուհանդերձ գտնում են, որ նախագիծն անպայման կարդարացնի իրեն, և շատերը շնորհակալ կլինեն ծրագրի համար։
 
Ցանկացած որոշում կայացնելուց առաջ պետք է իրացվի բնակչի լսված լինելու իրավունքը, և բնակիչը նախապես պետք է տեղեկացված լինի իրեն վերաբերող որոշումների մասին։
