Ձկան յուղը` կնոջ առողջության համար

Փոքր ժամանակ մեզ հաճախ էին ստիպում ընդունել ձկան յուղ: Մենք դա անում էինք առանց հաճույքի և չէինք գիտակցում դրա դրական ազդեցությունը: Այնպես է ստացվել, որ ձկան յուղը պետք է օգտագործեն ոչ միայն երեխաները, այլ նաև կանայք: Այն ունի մի շարք առանձնահատկություններ, որոնք շատ օգտակար են հենց կանանց համար:
Վիտամին A-ն, որով հարուստ է ձկան յուղը, լավացնում է տեսողությունը: Բացի այդ, վիտամին A -ն ամրացնում է երկար մազերը և եղունգները: Այն նաև պնդացնում է ատամների էմալը:
Ձկան յուղն ունի բնական ծագում՝ այն ստանում են ձողաձկան լյարդից: Նրա մեջ կան շատ հանքային նյութեր և վիտամիններ: Ձկան յուղի ամենակարևոր բաղադրիչը օմեգա-3 չհագեցած ճարպաթթուններն ենք: Հենց դրանք են ձկան յուղի համատարած օգտագործման պատճառը:
Օմեգա-3-ն ունի հակաօքսիդանտային ազդեցություն, որը դանդաղեցնում է օրգանիզմի ծերացման գործընթացը: Օրգանիզմն ավելի դանդաղ է ծերանում, մաշկը մնում է առաձգական և ձիգ, իսկ կանացի գեղեցկությունը պահպանում է բնական տեսքը: Այն դրական է ազդում կանանց արտադրողական համակարգի վրա և հղիության ընթացքում կարգավորում արգանդի տոնուսը:
Ձկան յուղի մեջ պարունակվող D վիտամինը շատ օգտակար է հղի կանանց, երբ նրանց մոտ կալցիումի պակաս է զգացվում: Այս վիտամինը օգնում է կալցիումի ներծծմանն աղիքներում և քչացնում է նրա դուրսբերումը մեզի միջոցով:
Ձկան յուղն իր մեջ պարունակում է նաև տոկոֆերոլ վիտամին, որը նույնպես բավականին ուժեղ հակաօքսիդանտ է: Այն նաև մասնակցում է արյունագոյացության գործընթացին, ինչը կանխում է անեմիայի դրսևորումներն առատ դաշտանի ժամանակ:
Վերը նշվածից ելնելով, ակնհայտ է դառնում, որ ձկան յուղը պետք է ոչ միայն երեխաներին, այլև կանանց: Այն ունի շատ օգտակար հատկություններ հենց կանաց համար:
