«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Հունիսի 19-ին Ապարանում տեղի ունեցած սպանությունների թեման իշխանությունները փորձեցին «ջրել» և իրենցից հեռացնել, սակայն լրատվամիջոցները նշում էին, որ այդ իրադարձությունների գլխավոր գործող անձինք ԱԽ քպական պատգամավոր Մաթևոս Ասատրյանի ու Արագածոտնի քպական փոխմարզպետ Էդգար Փարվանյանի հարազատներն են եղել: Ավելին, կրակոցների հետևանքով մահացածների ու տուժածների հարազատները շաբաթ օրը բողոքի ակցիա իրականացրեցին Ապարանի ոստիկանության դիմաց՝ պահանջելով պատասխանատվության ենթարկել նշյալ պաշտոնյաներին ու նրանց ազգականներին։ Սպանվածներից մեկի հորեղբայրը նույնիսկ պնդել էր, որ պատգամավոր Մաթևոս Ասատրյանն ու նրա եղբորորդին «անձամբ մասնակից են եղել, կազմակերպիչ են եղել»:
«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, ՔՊ-ում բուռն քննարկում է եղել, և Մաթևոս Ասատրյանին ասվել է, որ ամեն դեպքում գուցե մանդատից հրաժարվելու կարիք լինի, եթե, ի վերջո, հնարավոր չլինի թեման իրենցից հեռացնել: Մեր աղբյուրները նշում են, որ հատուկ շեշտվել է, թե այս դեպքում թիրախում են հայտնվում ՔՊ-ն ու անձամբ վարչապետը: Ուրեմն, պետք է առնվազն քաղաքական պատասխանատվության խնդիր լուծվի, ինչպես, օրինակ՝ 2014 թվականին եղավ Ռուբեն Հայրապետյանի դեպքում «Հարսնաքարի» իրադարձությունների ֆոնին:
Այն ժամանակ էլ կարող էին թիրախավորվել ՀՀԿ-ն ու անձամբ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը, և Հայրապետյանը մանդատը վայր դրեց, քանի որ, թեպետ անձամբ «Հարսնաքարում» չէր եղել, սակայն համալիրն իրենն էր, իսկ անվտանգության աշխատակիցները փաստացի համարվում են իր աշխատակիցները։ Ապարանի դեպքում իրադարձությունները կապվում են ոչ միայն քպական պաշտոնյաների ազգականների հետ, այլև, ինչպես նշեցինք, ականատեսները պնդում են, որ Ասատրյանն անձամբ է ներկա եղել։
Ավելին, Ապարանում խոսում են, որ նա այստեղ շատ մեծ ազդեցություն ունի, յուրատեսակ «ֆեոդալ» է, վախի մթնոլորտում է պահում բնակչությանը և իշխանության համար Ապարանի մասով հիմնական հարց լուծողն է։ Ասում են՝ այստեղից էլ գալիս է Մաթևոսի համարձակությունը. նա, մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, հրաժարվում է մանդատը դնելու թեման առհասարակ քննարկել՝ ասելով, որ ՔՊ-ի համար անգամ Փաշինյանը այնքան չի արել, որքան ինքն ու իր եղբայրը, որը Ապարանի «ջրմուղի» պետն է։
