ANALYSIS«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Արձակուրդային այս փուլում բավական հետաքրքիր գործընթացներ են տեղի ունենում պետական կառավարման համակարգում։ «Փաստ» թերթի կառավարական աղբյուրը փոխանցում է, որ գրեթե բոլոր գերատեսչություններում աշխատակիցներին ամառային այս սեզոնին արձակուրդ են տրամադրում ընտրովի՝ ըստ ղեկավարության ցանկության ու ըստ... քաղաքական կողմնորոշումների։ Մեր աղբյուրները փոխանցում են, որ ընդդիմադիր հայացքներ ունեցող մի շարք աշխատակիցների բաց տեքստով ասել են, թե «վերևներից» ցուցում է տրված ամռան ընթացքում արձակուրդների սահմանափակումներ իրականացնել՝ աշխատանքի մեծ ծավալի պատճառաբանությամբ: Հասկանալի է, սակայն, որ խոսքը բոլորի մասին չէ: Ինչպես բոլոր հարցերում, այս դեպքում էլ ներկա իշխանության դեպքում առկա է ընդգծված «սորտավորում»:
