ՄԱԿ-ում առանձին երկրի դեպքում ունեինք ավելի ակնկալիքներ, որոնք որոշ դեպքերում ոչ այնքան արդարացան. ԱԳ նախարար

Հայաստանի դիրքորոշումը հստակ է ու աներկբա, որ Ադրբեջանի ԶՈՒ ստորաբաժանումները պետք է դուրս գան ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքից: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի 16-ին կառավարության նիստի սկզբում հայտարարեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

«Ուզում եմ ընդգծել, որ խոսքը ոչ միայն վերջին օրերի իրադարձությունների մասին է, այլեւ նախորդ տարվա մայիսի 12-ին Խոզնավար հատվածում տեղի ունեցած ներխուժման մասին: ՀՀ-ն այս դիրքորոշումն է արձանագրել երեկ ՄԱԿ-ի ԱԽ-ում տեղի ունեցած քննարկումների ժամանակ: Ըստ էության, ՄԱԿ-ի ԱԽ-ում Հայաստանի դիմումի հիման վրա են քննարկումներ տեղի ունեցել: Երեկ երեկոյան ես եւս մեկ հեռախոսազրույց եմ ունեցել ՄԱԿ-ի ԱԽ-ում նախագահող երկրի՝ Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնի հետ եւ պայմանավորվածություն է  ձեռք բերվել, որ իրավիճակը պետք է շարունակի մնալ ՄԱԿ-ի ԱԽ ուշադրության կենտրոնում»,-ասաց նա:

ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը ներկայացնելով ՄԱԿ-ի ԱԽ նիստի մանրամասները, նշեց, որ սա թվով երկրորդ քննարկումն էր. «Երկու օր առաջ տեղի է ունեցել եւս մեկ քննարկում փակ ռեժիմում: Երկրորդը մեր պնդմամբ տեղի է ունեցել բաց ռեժիմում, որպեսզի ողջ աշխարհի մարդկությունը կարողանա հետեւել ՄԱԿ-ի ԱԽ մշտական եւ ոչ մշտական անդամ երկրների դիրքորոշումներին: Քննարկման արդյունքներով փաստաթուղթ առայժմ չի ընդունվել, բայց սա որեւէ կերպ չպետք է նսեմացնի քննարկման կարեւորությունը, որովհետեւ այնուամենայնիվ, ըստ էության,  միջազգային հանրությունը նույնիսկ առանց փաստաթղթի շատ հստակ դիրքավորվել է հարցերի շուրջ:

Ես հիմա կթվարկեմ դրանք. Երկրների ճնշող մեծամասնությունը ընդգծել են ուժի կիրառման անթույլատրելիությունը, Հայաստանի տարածքի անձեռնմխելիությունը, մինչեւ ներխուժումը տեղի ունեցած դիրքեր վերադառնալու անհրաժեշտությունը, բազմիցս օգտագործվել է ագրեսիա տերմինը: Այսինքն շատ հստակ ընկալում կա, որ սա ագրեսիա է, ներխուժում է ՀՀ տարածք, որ թիրախավորվել են քաղաքացիական ենթակառուցվածքներ, որ ներխուժողը պետք է վերադառնա ելման դիրքեր: Ավելին ասեմ, բազմաթիվ երկրներ քննարկումներում խոսել են նաեւ ԼՂ հակամարտության,. Հիմնախնդրի մասին: Ըստ էության, չափազանցրած չեմ լինի, որ Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարության թեզը, որը նրանք փորձում են շրջանառել, որ ԼՂ հիմնախնդիր չկա, ԼՂ չկա, երեկ իր համարժեք հակառակ արձագանքը ստացավ միջազգային հանրության կողմից: Սա միջազգային հանրության դիրքավորումն է եւ մենք պետք է շարունակենք աշխատանքն այս ուղղությամբ»,-ասաց նա:

ԱԳ նախարարը գնահատանքի խոսքեր ասաց այն երկրների հասցեին, որոնք համարձակորեն դադարել են հավասարության նշան դնել ագրեսորի եւ ագրեսիայի թիրախի միջեւ. «Բայց նաեւ պետք է խոստովանեմ, որ առանձին երկրների եւ երկրի դեպքում ունեինք ավելի ակնկալիքներ, եւ թերեւս նաեւ գաղտնիք չէ, որ որոշ դեպքերում ոչ այնքան արդարացան: Ավելին թույլ տվեք չմանրամասնել»:
