Մոսկվան իրեն իրավունք է վերապահում դուրս գալ հացահատիկային պայմանավորվածություններից, եթե Կիևը խախտի հումանիտար միջանցքը ռազմական նպատակներով չօգտագործելու խոստումները, հայտարարել է Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը Անվտանգության խորհրդի հետ օպերատիվ հանդիպման ժամանակ, գրում է ՏԱՍՍ գործակալությունը։

Ինչպես պարզաբանել է ռուսական պետության ղեկավարը, Ուկրաինան երաշխիքներ է տվել, որ հացահատիկի միջանցքը չի օգտագործի ռազմական նպատակներով։

«Այդ կապակցությամբ ես հանձնարարական եմ տվել պաշտպանության նախարարությանը՝ վերսկսել մեր լիարժեք մասնակցությունն այդ աշխատանքներին։ Միևնույն ժամանակ, Ռուսաստանը իրեն իրավունք է վերապահում դուրս գալ պայմանավորվածություններից, եթե այդ երաշխիքները խախտվեն Ուկրաինայի կողմից», - ընդգծել է Պուտինը։

Ռուսաստանի ղեկավարը ուշադրություն է հրավիրել այն փաստի վրա, որ ի սկզբանե հացահատիկային գործարքի նպատակը եղել է օգնել աշխարհի ամենաաղքատ երկրներին, դրա համար ստեղծվել է Ուկրաինայի կողմից վերահսկվող սևծովյան նավահանգիստներից հացահատիկի արտահանման մեխանիզմ։

«Բոլորը գիտեն, որ, ցավոք, Ուկրաինան օգտագործեց այս մարդասիրական միջանցքը՝ փորձելով հարվածներ հասցնել Ռուսաստանի Սևծովյան նավատորմին: Այդ կապակցությամբ մենք որոշեցինք դադարեցնել մեր մասնակցությունը հացահատիկի արտահանմանը», - ստեղծված իրավիճակը նկարագրել է Ռուսաստանի նախագահը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ Մոսկվան Կիևից պահանջել է «հավաստիացումներ և երաշխիքներ, որ ապագայում նման բան տեղի չի ունենա, որ հումանիտար միջանցքները ռազմական նպատակներով չեն օգտագործվի»։

Թուրքիան միջնորդ է հանդես եկել այս իրավիճակի պարզաբանման համար։

«Պաշտպանության նախարարության միջոցով թուրքական կողմից տեղեկություն է ստացվել, որ Ուկրաինան նման երաշխիքներ է տվել, որ այդ հումանիտար միջանցքները չեն օգտագործվի ռազմական նպատակներով»,- ասել է Պուտինը՝ խոսելով գործարքին Ռուսաստանի վերադարձի մասին։

Նա հավելել է, որ Ռուսաստանը, եթե նույնիսկ դուրս գա հացահատիկային գործարքից, պատրաստ է հացահատիկ մատակարարել ամենաաղքատ երկրներին։ 

Պուտինը հատուկ շեշտել է, որ հացահատիկային գործարքն իրականացվել է ամենաաղքատ երկրների պարենային անվտանգության շահերն ապահովելու պատրվակով, սակայն հացահատիկի միայն 4 տոկոսն է նրանց մատակարարվել Ուկրաինայի տարածքից։

«Մնացածը՝ հիմնականում 46 տոկոսը, գնացել է Եվրամիության երկրներ»,- հայտարարել է Պուտինը։

Նա նաև վստահեցրել է, որ Ռուսաստանը հետագայում չի միջամտի Ուկրաինայից Թուրքիա հացահատիկի մատակարարմանը։

«Մենք ապագայում չենք միջամտելու, ոչ մի դեպքում, Ուկրաինայի տարածքից հացահատիկի մատակարարմանը Թուրքիայի Հանրապետություն, ես նկատի ունեմ ընդհանուր առմամբ Թուրքիայի չեզոքությունը հակամարտությունում, նկատի ունեմ հացահատիկի վերամշակման արդյունաբերության հնարավորությունները։ Թուրքիայի Հանրապետությունը և նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի ջանքերը՝ ապահովելու ամենաաղքատ երկրների շահերը»,- ասել է ՌԴ նախագահը։

«Այստեղ մենք կասկածներ չունենք և ամեն դեպքում կշարունակենք համագործակցել Թուրքիայի Հանրապետության հետ»,- եզրափակել է Պուտինը։
