«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Իշխանական կուլիսներում վերջին շրջանում ավելի ու ավելի ակտիվորեն են շրջանառվում խոսակցություններ, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ցանկանում է որևէ առիթով ազատվել պաշտպանության նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանից: Հասկանալի է՝ պատճառը նրա լավ կամ վատ աշխատանքը չէ, այս իշխանության դեպքում դա կարևոր չէ: «Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, Փաշինյանին ամենևին դուր չի եկել, որ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության վերջին համաժողովում վարչության ընտրությունների արդյունքում իր և Սուրեն Պապիկյանի ստացած քվեների տարբերությունը առանձնապես մեծ չի եղել:
Համեմատության համար նշենք, որ եթե երրորդ արդյունք գրանցած քպականը Փաշինյանից մոտ 350 քվեով պակաս է ստացել, ապա Պապիկյանը՝ ընդամենը 136: Եվ ընդհանրապես, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին նյարդայնացնում է այն հանգամանքը, որ հաճախակի են դարձել խոսակցությունները, թե ինչ-ինչ զարգացումների դեպքում հենց Սուրեն Պապիկյանը կարող է լինել իրեն փոխարինողը: Ի դեպ, իշխանական մեր աղբյուրները փոխանցում են, որ Փաշինյանը ամենևին չի մոռացել Սուրեն Պապիկյանի և Դիանա Գասպարյանի՝ «սլիվ» արված հեռախոսազրույցը, որում վերջինս դժգոհում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանից` հայտարարելով, թե վերջինս հանուն պետության պետք է հեռանա. «Թող թիմից ուրիշին ընտրեն, թող քեզ ընտրեն, իրան տարել ա արդեն, իրա հոգեկանը չի դիմանում»:
Կան տեղեկություններ, որ Պապիկյանից ազատվելու «միջոց» կարող է լինել ՔՊ վարչության ընտրությունների կեղծումը, որը ժամանակի ընթացքում «կտանեն» դեպի Ս. Պապիկյան: Ի դեպ, մեր աղբյուրը նաև նշում է, թե ցանկություն կա նախարարի պաշտոնին նշանակել, այսպես կոչված, «սորոսականների» թիմից մեկին, որի անունը, սակայն, մեր զրուցակիցը չասաց:
