«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Օրեր առաջ լրատվամիջոցներով կադրեր հրապարակվեցին, թե ինչպես են ՀՀ ոստիկանության պարեկային ծառայության պետին սպասարկող ծառայողական մեքենայի վարորդն ու նրա կողքին նստած ՊԾ պետ Արթուր Ումրշատյանն առանց ամրագոտու երթևեկում: Անցել է մոտ երկու շաբաթ, և գոնե պաշտոնապես չի հայտարարվել, թե ինչ տույժի է ենթարկվել Ումրշատյանը, կամ արդյո՞ք որևէ տույժի ընդհանրապես ենթարկվել է: Սակայն, ինչպես երևում է, պարեկային ծառայության պետի հետ կապված առաջիկայում նոր սկանդալներ են սպասվում: «Փաստ» թերթի հավաստի տեղեկություններով, Պետական վերահսկողական ծառայությունը լայնամասշտաբ ստուգումներ է իրականացնում պետական բազմաթիվ գերատեսչություններում, այդ թվում՝ ավտոպարկերի հետ կապված:

Մեր աղբյուրները փոխանցում են, որ լուրջ չարաշահումներ են բացահայտվել նաև պարեկային ծառայությունում: Դրանցից մեկը, ըստ տեղեկությունների, վերաբերում է նրան, որ պարեկային ծառայության մի շարք ավտոմեքենաների կատալիզատորները հանվել ու վաճառվել են: Մեր աղբյուրները փոխանցում են, որ այս պահին դեռևս հետևանքներ չկան, քանի որ ստուգումները լայնածավալ են ու առայժմ ընթացքի մեջ են: Դրանց ավարտից հետո լինելու են բավականին աղմկահարույց բացահայտումներ: Այս ինֆորմացիան, մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, դրվել է վարչապետի սեղանին, և չի բացառվում՝ այս ամբողջ սկանդալն ավարտվի Ումրշատյանի պաշտոնանկությամբ:

Այս թեման այնպիսի մեծ ընդգրկում ունի, որ պետական տարբեր կառույցներում հնարավոր են այլ պաշտոնանկություններ ևս: Հավելենք, որ թերթի տեղեկություններով, որոշ ուսումնասիրությունների արդյունքները փոխանցվել են նաև ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազություն՝ իրավական գնահատական տալու և հետագա ընթացքը լուծելու համար:
