Վտանգավոր վիրուսը կկարողանա մարդկանց փրկել մաշկի քաղցկեղից

Shabat.am-ը գրում է.
Մաշկի քաղցկեղի (մելանոմայի) դեմ վակցինան, որը ստեղծվել է հերպեսի վիրուսի հիման վրա, ներառվում է ուռուցքաբանների «զինանոցում»: T VEC վակցինան ունի նվազագույն կողմնակի ազդեցություններ և բարձր աշխատունակություն: Այն մարդու իմունիտետին սովորեցնում է հարձակվել քաղցկեղային բջիջների վրա, հայտնում է The Daily Mail-ը:
Երբ վակցինան տվել են մահացու հիվանդներին, նրանք լրացուցիչ 3 և ավելի տարի են ապրել: Այսինքն՝ վակցինան համար է քաղցկեղի զարգացած ձևի դեպքում կիրառելու համար: Այն Օքսֆորդի համալսարանում և Լոնդոնում Քաղցկեղի ուսումնասիրության ինստիտուտում փորձարկել են 436 հիվանդների վրա: Հիվանդների 16%-ն առնվազն կես տարի է ապրել վակցինայի ներարկումից հետո՝ միայն քիմիաթերապիա ստացողների խմբում 2%-ի համեմատ:
Վակցինայի ստացման համար գիտնականները գենետիկորեն փոխել են հերպեսի վիրուսը: Արդյունքում՝ ստացվել է կրկնակի ազդեցությամբ միջոց՝ հարձակվում է անմիջապես ուռուցքների վրա և միաժամանակ իմունիտետը հանում այդ նույն ուռուցքների դեմ:
