Այսօր առավոտյան Ադրբեջանը վերականգնել է Արցախի գազամատակարարումը առանց մեր կողմից որեւէ զիջման. Սա նշանակում է, որ կամ գիտակցել են, որ դատարկ ու վատ բան են արել առաին հերթին իրենց համար, կամ, որը շատ ավելի հավանական է, միջազգային ճնշումն այնքան է մեծացել, որ իրենք պետք է բարձր գին վճարեին, հետեւաբար, մի զիջման գնացել են: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 16-ին, Հայաստանում ՄԱԿ-ի գրասենյակի դիմաց ընթացող նստացույցի ժամանակ հայտարարեց Արցախի պետնախարարի խորհրդական Արտակ Բելգարյանը:
«Սա նշանակում է, որ ամբողջ հայությունը, առաջին հերթին Հայաստանը, պետք է հնարավինս միջազգային կառույցների, լրատվամիջոցների միջոցով ճնշումը մեծացնի, որպեսզի ճանապարհի բացման խնդիրն էլ լուծվի: Սա մեր կարճաժամկետ խնդիրն է, բայց մենք գիտենք, որ Ադրբեջանն անընդհատ փորձելու է այդպիսի ցեղասպանական, ահաբեկչական գործողությունների դիմել եւ անընդհատ փորձում է մեր համբերությունը եւ միջազգային հանրության արձագանքը: Դրա համար շատ կարեւոր է, որ մենք անընդհատ բարձրաձայնենք, ճնշենք, որ պատշաճ միջազգային արձագանք լինի միջազգային հանրության կողմից»,-ասաց Բեգլարյանը:
Նա ներկայացրեց միջազգային հանրությանը, առաջին հերթին՝ ՄԱԿ-ի անվտանգության խորհրդի 5 անդամներին ուղղված իրենց պահանջները։
«Մեր կարճաժամկետ պահանջն է՝ մի քանի օրվա մեջ լուծել մեր հումանիտար խնդիրները, բացել ճանապարհը, նաև օդային հումանիտար միջանցք բացել, որպեսզի ունենանք այլընտրանքային ճանապարհ՝ ոչ միայն ցամաքային, այլև օդային։
Իսկ ավելի երկարաժամկետ առումով մենք ակնկալում ենք, պահանջում ենք, որ ՄԱԿ-ի անվտանգության խորհրդում Արցախի ժողովրդի անվտանգության և իրավունքների, հետագայում նաև՝ հակամարտության կարգավորման բոլոր հարցերը քննարկվեն և լուծում տրվեն»,- ասաց Արտակ Բեգլարյանը։
Նա հայտնեց, որ նաև գրավոր պահանջ են նաև ներկայացնելու Հայաստանում ՄԱԿ-ի գրասենյակին, որն արդեն ձևակերպված է։
«Որ ՄԱԿ-ի անվտանգության խորհուրդը, ՄԱԿ-ին առնչվող կառույցները պետք է ներգրավվեն Արցախում, այսինքն՝ նաև Արցախում գրասենյակներ ունենան։ ՄԱԿ-ի անվտանգության խորհուրդը պետք է միջազգային անվտանգային կայուն երաշխիքներ տրամադրի Արցախի ժողովրդին․ թե ինչ ձևով, խաղաղապահ առաքելության ինչ կազմով և ինչ այլ քաղաքական ու ռազմական գործիքակազմեր կիրառելով, դա արդեն իրենք կորոշեն, բայց մեզ համար սկզբունքային հարց է, որ ՄԱԿ-ը զբաղվի Արցախի անվտանգության և Արցախի ժողովրդի իրավունքների պաշտպանության հարցերով, որը կայուն և բարենպաստ միջավայր կապահովի հակամարտության արդարացի, երկարաժամկետ և վերջնական կարգավորման համար, որի համար, իհարկե, ինքնորոշման սկզբունքը գլխավոր առանցքն է»,- հայտարարեց Արտակ Բեգլարյանը։
