«Gallup International Asociation»-ի Հայաստանի ներկայացուցիչը դեկտեմբերին հեռախոսային հարցումներ է անցկացրել Հայաստանի բնակավայրերում՝ քաղաքական և տնտեսական հարցեր ուղղելով բնակիչներին, ընդ որում հարցումը բավականին ուշագրավ արդյունքներ է ցույց տվել։

Հարցվածների մեծ մասը բացասական է գնահատել Ազգային ժողովի, Կառավարության, նախագահի և վարչապետի գործունեությունը։ Միայն 12.6 տոկոսն է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ներկա տնտեսական վիճակը դրական գնահատել, բացասական՝ 32. 8 տոկոսը։ Հիմնական մասը՝ 53.9 տոկոսը, երկրի տնտեսությանը միջին գնահատական է տվել։

Հայաստանի Կառավարության մասով, միանշանակ, և ավելի շուտ հավանություն են տվել ընդամենը 41 տոկոսը, իսկ հարցվածների 50.8 տոկոսը դժգոհ է եղել Կառավարության աշխատանքից։ Նույնպիսի իրավիճակ է նաև վարչապետի դեպքում, եթե նրա աշխատանքը գնահատում է 38 տոկոսը, ապա 57.8 տոկոսը բացասական գնահատական է տվել։

«Գելլափ»-ն այս անգամ նաև հարցմանը ներառել է Արցախի պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի մասին հարց, ինչը բավական ուշագրավ եզրահանգումների առիթ է տալիս։ Ըստ այդմ, հարցին, թե ինչպե՞ս են վերաբերվում Ռուբեն Վարդանյանին Արցախի պետնախարարի պաշտոնին նշանակմանը, հարցվածների 51.5 տոկոսը տվել է դրական պատասխան, ընդ որում 18.5 տոկոսը միանշանակ դրական է գնահատում, իսկ 33 տոկոսը ավելի շուտ դրական։ Միայն 27 տոկոսն է, որ ավելի շուտ բացասական կամ ընդհանրապես բացասական է գնահատել Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի նշանակումը։

Իհարկե, հարկավոր է այս հարցման երկու արդյունքները համեմատել իրար հետ, ըստ էության, Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի վարկանիշը՝ Արցախի պետնախարարի փաստացի կառավարության ղեկավարի պաշտոնում, շատ ավելի բարձր է հենց Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիների շրջանում, քան Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի վարկանիշը։

Չի բացառվում, որ այս հարցումներից հետո Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի դեմ ծայր առած կեղտոտ քարոզչական արշավը առավել ևս սրվի։
