«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Օրերս հայտնի դարձավ, որ դատավոր Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանը (Մացո) դուրս է մնացել հակակոռուպցիոն դատարանի դատավորների ցուցակից: Ի դեպ, սա աննախադեպ է, երբ ԲԴԽ-ն դատավոր ընտրելու իր որոշումից օրեր անց նոր որոշում է ընդունում՝ այդ թեկնածուին ցուցակից դուրս թողնելու հետ կապված: «Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, իրականում Մարտիրոսյանը հայտնվել է «Ոսկե ձկնիկի» պառավի վիճակում. նրա սիրտը նորանոր կարգավիճակներ է ցանկացել: Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, նա պայմաններ է սկսել թելադրել, թե հակակոռուպցիոն դատարան կգնա միայն այն դեպքում, եթե երաշխավորեն, որ դառնալու է այդ դատարանի նախագահ:

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը սկզբում դեմ չի եղել, սակայն ԲԴԽ նախագահ Կարեն Անդրեասյանը վերջինիս համոզել է, որ առանց այդ էլ հանրային ընկալումներում Մացոյի նշանակումը բացասական է ընդունվել, և այս փուլում դատարանի նախագահ նշանակելը շատ ռիսկային է: Փաշինյանը այս «թեզի» հետ համաձայնել է, ինչից հետո էլ առաջացել է կոնֆլիկտ, ու Մնացականյանի ընտրությունը «ոչ ևս» է եղել: Փաստացի, հանրային ճնշումներն այնքան մեծ էին, որ իշխանությունները ստիպված էին իրենց «սրտի» դատավորին հանել ցուցակից:

Իսկ Մարտիրոսյանն իսկապես այն քիչ դատավորներից է, որ 2018 թվականի իշխանափոխությունից հետո էլ դարձավ այս իշխանության «սրտի» դատավորը, որին հանձնարարվում էին քաղաքական ենթատեքստ ունեցող գործեր, այդ թվում՝ հասարակական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի, ռեժիսոր Արմեն Գրիգորյանի և այլն:
