«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Հայաստանում գտնվող արցախցի 19 երեխա վերադարձել է Արցախ: Այս տեղեկությունը բավականին մեծ ոգևորություն էր առաջացրել թե՛ Արցախում, թե՛ Երևանում: Սակայն շուտով պարզվեց, որ այդ երեխաների տեղափոխումը, մեղմ ասած, առանց միջադեպերի չի անցել: Արցախի ՄԻՊ Գեղամ Ստեփանյանը տեղեկացրեց, որ Շուշի-Քարին տակ հատվածում՝ ճանապարհի շրջափակված մասում, որտեղ տեղակայված են «էկոակտիվիստ» ձևացող ադրբեջանական կառավարական գործակալները և նրանց սպասարկող լրագրողները, մեքենան կանգնեցվել է ադրբեջանցիների կողմից։ Այնուհետև, մեքենային է մոտեցել քաղաքացիական հագուստով, դեմքերը փակած 10-15 ադրբեջանցի՝ տեսախցիկներով, նրանցից ոմանք ներխուժել են մեքենա և նկարահանել մեքենայում գտնվող երեխաներին։

Ադրբեջանցիների սադրիչ գործողությունների հետևանքով մեքենայում իրարանցում է առաջացել, որի հետևանքով երեխաներից մեկը ուշաթափվել է։ Ռուս խաղաղապահների կողմից ձեռնարկված գործողությունների արդյունքում նրանք հեռացվել են մեքենայից, մեքենան շարունակել է ընթացքը։ Այս լուրը բավականին մեծ զայրույթ առաջացրեց հանրության շրջանում, մարդիկ փորձում էին հասկանալ՝ ո՞վ է թույլ տվել այդ երեխաներին տեղափոխել միայն ռուս խաղաղապահների ուղեկցությամբ, առանց համապատասխան մարմինների ներկայության, առավել ևս ոչ թե ցերեկը, այլ մութ ժամանակահատվածում: «Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, այս որոշման «գլխին» կանգնած է ԱՀ նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը:

Արցախյան մեր աղբյուրները փոխանցում են, որ Արցախի իշխանության մեջ հակասություններ են եղել՝ մասնավորաբար թե՛ ուշ ժամի առումով, թե՛ միայն Սյունիքում մնացած, այլ ոչ թե Հայաստանում գտնվող բոլոր երեխաներին տեղափոխելու որոշման, թե՛ այդ գործընթացի կազմակերպչական դետալների հետ կապված:
