Մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, գլխավոր դատախազի պաշտոնում Աննա Վարդապետյանի նշանակումից հետո դատախազությունում օր օրի մեծանում է դժգոհության ալիքը: Համակարգի փորձառու, պրոֆեսիոնալ կադրերը առնվազն տարակուսած են, որ մեկ օր անգամ համակարգում չաշխատած անձնավորությանը նշանակել են գլխավոր դատախազ:

Մյուս կողմից՝ զայրույթ է առաջացրել հրահանգը՝ ամեն ինչ անել ընդդիմադիրների նկատմամբ մաքսիմալ շատ վարույթներ հարուցելու համար: Այս ամենին գումարվում է այն, որ Վարդապետյանը, ինչպես դատախազությունում են ասում, իսկական «կոտորած» է սկսել. նա աշխատանքից ազատում է «ոչ յուրայիններին», հատկապես նրանց, որոնց համարում է «արթուրդավթյանականներ», առանց հիմնավորումների կատարում է տեղափոխություններ, որոնց մասին տեղափոխվողները հաճախ իմանում են միայն հրամանը ստորագրելուց հետո:

Զուգահեռ, ըստ մեր աղբյուրների, Վարդապետյանը անընդհատ «կոմպլեքս» ստուգումներ է նախաձեռնում, հատկապես դատախազության այն կառույցներում, որտեղ ղեկավար կազմի ազատման կամ փոփոխության հարց պետք է լուծի, կամ որտեղ փորձում են «հասկանալ» ազատման կամ տեղափոխության տրամաբանությունը, աջուձախ կարգապահական տույժեր է տալիս, ընդ որում՝ համակարգի համար աննախադեպ քանակով՝ ընդհուպ ամենաչնչին պատճառով:

Դատախազությունում արդեն խոսում են, թե այնպիսի տպավորություն է, որ տարիներ շարունակ կայացած համակարգը ամբողջովին ավիրելու նպատակ է դրված:
